(And before you ask, no, my LG V35 phone can't be upgraded.) I signed up for T-Mobile's Home Internet. Works fine (I'm using it now, connected via Ethernet.) I even have the WiFi working and connected to my phone. T-Mobile is not my cell provider. I tried to download the T-Mobile app via Google Play, but it says my phone is not compatible. A call to T-Mobile tech support revealed it needs Android 9.0 or above. My phone is maxed at v8.0. I need the app to rename my Network and create a 2.4G connection to connect my Smart Home devices, but this can only be done via the app. ...or can it? Help. Whenever I try to see connected devices on my Android T-Mobile Internet App I get the "Let's get you reconnected" screen: The only solution is torestart my home Internet router. After I get out of range and back to my home internet the issue starts up again. I don't think restarting my home Internet should be a solution. Restarting the App on my phone and logging out and back in do not work. Anyone know if a solution?330Visto0likes1ComentarioNew Gateway
I got just got T-Mobile last week for my home and my parent's home. My parents have an iPad and security cameras. My home has a gaming system, security cameras, streaming tv, computers, etc. My question is about the gateway. I was given the Nokia (I think they call it trashcan) and I noticed on the T-Mobilewebsite the newest model is theArcadian. I called the store and the guy I talked to has never heard of the Arcadian. I then called the T-Mobile 800 number and the rep said she could send me the Arcadian. Has anyone compared them? My only complaints so far...The app is horrible! I constantly get a spinning icon or a screen telling me to set up my network when it already is. I have uninstalled the app several times. Is this is the only way to find out which direction the tower is located and to update the gateway? I am in an older home with limited outlets and I know it is not a good idea to use extension cords.Solved865Visto0likes8ComentariosProblems with Device Scheduling through the tmobile app
I have schedules set up on my wifi so that way our TVs don't use data during theday and they're set to go off at a certain time at night so the kids aren't up all night watching. But I've noticed it hasn't been working despite the schedule. The app says that the device is disabled until the time but the devices still have internet. They all have unique names so I know for certain it's the device I need to be off at that time. Anyone know how to fix this?444Visto0likes1Comentario
