I'm traveling in one of the T-mobile supported roaming countries (Spain) and while our phones have successfully used the local cell network, our standalone apple watch (not tethered to a device) is unable to go into international roaming mode. I spoke to a T-mobile rep (who was nice, but didn't seem that knowledgeable) and we hunted for some plan that might allow for international roaming for a standalone but were unable to find one. Oddly, on this page:https://my.t-mobile.com/account/change-plan/plan-comparisonthere seems to be a Standalone 500Mb plan that DOES support International roaming. I happen to have an Unlimited plan, which I assume would supersede a 500Mb plan. Is there any truth to the 500Mb plan and actual international roaming or is this untrue?1.2KViews0likes1ComentarioI want to turn off/discontinue the cellular number and protection plan for my apple watch???

As of Thursday, my kids apple watches have not been able to make phone calls and when attempting to text we get a message saying:Free Msg: Unable to send message, blocking is active. I've spent over 12 hours on the line with various customer service and tech people at T-mobile with no success, so essentially these are basically bricks, because the ENTIRE reason we bought these watches was so our kids could call us in an emergency. We have: updated with new sims updated software reset network connections checked to make sure no blocking is enabled disabled all screentime/downtime/schooltime blocks updated phone software reinstalled watch app says cellular is not connected And…nothing. I am so beyone frustrated. Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it? One of the watches is a year old and worked until Thursday, the other is brand new as of Thursday. We have a Magenta plan.Solved196Visto0likes1ComentarioApple watch roaming in India
I have an Apple Watch SE first generation, setup as standalone line, via family setup on T mobile Magneta X plan. Our phones have switched successfullyto local roaming partner (Vi India), however I'm unable to get Apple Watch to get to work, either phone, text or data. The Watch is on WatchOS 9.1 and has data roaming enabled. Cellular options shows Status as No connection. Multiplechat sessions with t-mobile rep has not yielded no results yet. They tried adding international data pass, enabling DIGITS, disabling it and putting line back to standalone line so far. I can see at least 1 bar of signal strength on Watch using explorer Watch face (phones show 3).452Visto0likes1Comentario
