Why do I have two managed wifi settings on my IPhone? When I remove the SIM card they disappear. There is no way to delete them nor forget network.Every time Ireset network settings they reset to auto-connect? I have extracted the script of one of the managed settings and its concerning it contains the verbiage to bypass MAC randomization, create a captive portal, and hide it from me the user?14KViews3likes9ComentariosUpgraded from Android to IPhone - Unable to receive text messages from Android Users...
I just upgraded from a Android to an iPhone 14 Plus. I can send text messages to Android users, but their response doesn't come back to my iPhone. It comes into my old Android Device. I tried all the trouble shooting I could find online, as well as spent an hour with a T-Mobile Tech person over the phone. There is no resolve at this point. I will now have to return this phone that I've fallen in love with because I am not going to have a phone that excludes people from communicating with me. I have 7 days to make a decision. I am furious about this. I did find this on the Apple Forums, but it seems it didn't help the T-Mobile Tech get to the bottom of this issue: Apple: not getting texts from androids291Visto0likes2ComentariosT-Mobile 5G Connection Issues causing missed Texts, Calls, and Voicemail - NO DATA!
I just don't understand the disconnect or differences in the 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G wireless generations and why 5G seems to be so different. I never had to second guess what my status bar is indicating. I have had "5G" connection issues on Apple, Samsung, and now Google devices. Random errors like "emergency calls only" or no signal whatsoever. Or full 5G UC access - yet I can dial my phone and watch it not ring or indicate a missed call. I can even send a text message or leave a voicemail and neither ever arrive. Thought this issue was limited to Samsung and Apple. Got a Pixel - same issue - so I think it's the Tech itself and/or the tower but not the devices. Had 5G + on my Pixel 6 - placed a call while out and it rang but left voicemail - nothing. Realized the voicemail didn't pop up - tried again - nothing. Then I got a "missed" call. Yet no ring. When asked, the person said it rang but it was a long delay, and it didn't seem like a regular ring. Not sure why this is but when 5G is enabled, at some point your device "disconnects" from the network and you have no idea you have missed any contact attempts. Turn 5G off? Walla! Issues are gone. Smh Did those two voicemails ever pop up? Nope! Still waiting. Imagine if someone called me during this time, left their dying will on my voicemail and I would not have any clue they called me, let alone that they left a message. Meanwhile my phone shows connected and full 5G access. T-Mobile engineers need to speak on this, and they need to stop this 5G push if it isn't even reliable. NEVER had to ponder if my device is connected or not with LTE. NEVER. I guess I will try 5G when 6G comes out ……….5KViews8likes14ComentariosApple watch roaming in India
I have an Apple Watch SE first generation, setup as standalone line, via family setup on T mobile Magneta X plan. Our phones have switched successfullyto local roaming partner (Vi India), however I'm unable to get Apple Watch to get to work, either phone, text or data. The Watch is on WatchOS 9.1 and has data roaming enabled. Cellular options shows Status as No connection. Multiplechat sessions with t-mobile rep has not yielded no results yet. They tried adding international data pass, enabling DIGITS, disabling it and putting line back to standalone line so far. I can see at least 1 bar of signal strength on Watch using explorer Watch face (phones show 3).452Visto0likes1Comentario
