TMO is blocking my phones from texting URL links from my own website domain. I have many customers who rely on me to send them text messages with web links from my site/domain for makingappointments, confirm or reschedule appts, and many other informational links that go directly to my website. I called support and was on the phone for hours to have TMO try and tell me its not them there is no filtering going on by them which is untrue. This is me sending sms weblinks from my Tmobile phone to anyone BTW. They transfer me to Samsung since I havethe s23ultra and Samsung confirmed it hasto be the carrier T-Mobile. T-Mobile had tried to say that it could possibly be the person I was sending to but I tested it with 5 different people all with different phones and carriers ect--none of them can receive the web links from my site not even the main page. The other thing is its only my website links that people cannot get from my phones I can send them any other website link and they received it just fine so its TMO filtering blocking anything with my Domain. I have been with Sprint for a life time probably 25 years This has never happened ever and is totally unacceptable. I spent hours talking to my Hosting and security team no one can do anything to help me get past this TMO issue. Please help Im losing customers.71Visto1like1ComentarioEmail to text not being delivered

My domain nwtotalatm.com is currently being blocked by the spam filters of tmomail.net, we utilize our domain to send out location update information for a field techs (all of who have tmobile business cell phones under our business plan) as well as our clients. All our techs and clients that are on the tmobile network stopped receiving email to sms notifications from ourreports@nwtotalatm.comemail address on Monday 9/4/23 at approx 8:42pm PST. Please send this to the SPAM administrator of tmomail.net to address. We called and got a ticket number, the next day (yesterday) for 1 hour 45 minutes we got flooded with messages and seemingly current notifications that were sent in real time. Then at 3:50 pm PST they stopped. I confirmed my email server has sent out more notifications to my tec (who all use my tmobile biz line phones to receive these) and they stopped getting them too. I even switched domain's on my outbound email serverand that worked for about 2 hours. Is this cloudflare that is just being too aggressive? Why have I gotten no more response or help on this. This is the 2nd post on this issue.Solved282Visto0likes3ComentariosMessages with domain name links are being blocked (incoming and outgoing): How to fix?
I have a T-mobile account under the plan: ONE Plan Military Business I own a small business and own many domains, including: gardeningbees.com ncgardening.com serverscience.com I am presently not sending out any automated messages. I send only messages manually using the default messaging app on phones with the numbers above to friends, family members, and a very few people who have asked me to share gardening information with them. And, the volume is exceedingly low: at most less than 10 messages per day. Those messages are being blocked whenever I include any of the above domain names as part of the text (with or without https://). There is no spam associated with my messages. Mostly, it is to share gardening information that people have asked that I share with them. I am a Master Gardener Volunteer in training in Wake County, North Carolina, and will be answering community questions and sometimes will need to follow up when a person asks me a gardening question that I cannot immediately answer. I'm doing that already, but not as a Master Gardener (until I complete my training) and am answering community questions on my own. I talked on the phone with T-mobile, but nobody could figure out why this is happening. Is the problem because I have a business account with T-mobile? More importantly, can you fix or advise me to to get this issue resolved? Many thanks for anything you can suggest or do to help!507Visto0likes2ComentariosConsumer messaging of our URL is being blocked
We've been having a steady increase of customers calling us to report that T-Mobile is blocking their SMS text messages to other people on T-Mobile. To be clear, our company does NOT send out any SMS text to our customers at all, ever. However, we have a customer referral program where individual customers can send other people a custom coded link. These links all run on the same domain (our company domain). So it appears our (and T-Mobile's) customers are having their personal texts blocked whenever our domain is included…presumably because it is being interpreted as unsanctioned non-consumer messaging. It is not. Who can we contact to ensure our domain name is not getting flagged and preventing T-Mobile customers from sending personal text to other T-Mobile customers?265Visto0likes3ComentariosWhat is the support path to get domains off of the c2c filtering list?
Any mention our domain in a c2c sms message causes messages to be dropped in perfect signal conditions. I am certain that this is grey route c2c filtering. We have registered a2c10dc number and a campaign, so our automated routes work fine. The core issue is that all regular, c2c sms messages that contain my domain name are blocked. (iMessage works, MMS through non TMobile apns work, and other carriers not messaging TMobile mostly work) The nature of my business is community fundraising, and we provide a personal link for donations to registers members. Members tend to share the link with friends and family. They are told not to message unknown contacts and that they must inform them of their intent prior to sending them a donation request. Looking through the TMobile code of conduct, this sort of usage appears to be omitted, there are mentions of 501c3 for text to donate, but that is not what's happening here, and it's not coming from an automated a2c route. These are c2c user driven messages through their contacts. My domain has https, does no redirects other than routing http to https. All subdomains of the domain are blocked. It has no history of prior registration and is in good standing with googles site index. The ban is so targeted, that I can't even share links with coworkers, friends, or family when they reference my domain over sms. I've tried contacting t mobile support, however, I get bounced around needlessly and never get to any authority about reviewing why the domain was included in a c2c filter, or how to begin resolving issues of this nature. Please! Can you provide some method of making progress, or a way to escalate out of the 'turn on and off airplane mode' during support tickets?47Visto0likes0ComentariosA2p10dlc registered sending getting blocked
We are a registered A2P10DLC sender via Twilio and our messages are being flagged as spam. This is affecting our day to day operations. We send our members confirmation links which they are not receiving causing problems in our business. Can you please help?Solved110Visto0likes3ComentariosDomain being blocked in SMS messages.
Our business uses SMS messages to send notifications to customers regarding some events. It seems that when we send a message out via Twilio . . it mostly works. The problem is this: If I copy one of the links and paste it into an SMS and hit send. It doesn't go out. I've tried typing our domain in manually and sending an SMS with only a link to our top level domain and it doesn't work. www.dripjobs.com app.dripjobs.com https://www.dripjobs.com https://app.dripjobs.com283Visto0likes2ComentariosT-mobile is BLOCKING me from ordering directly on Samsung.com
I'm trying to take advantage of the pre-order special for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra directly from Samsung.com because their offer is better than T-mobile. Samsung.com is offering the same promotion as T-mobile + a free Samsung Galaxy 5 watch and $37.55 off my total (thanks to my employer perks discount). Which brings me to a total of ~$27 a month for 24mo installment plan with a trade in of my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G. T-mobile I would have to pay ~$31 and that will not include a Samsung Galaxy 5 watch. So purchasing directly with Samsung.com is a no Brainer. However, it turns out I can't because I am a loyal customer of almost 22 years and I am on a legacy agreement called the MCSA which is blocking my T-mobile PIN on the Samsung website. Specifically this error message: "You've tried to login with an account type which is not supported on Samsung.com" The only solution to this is for them to switch my account to a "regular" account but in doing so I will lose any and all promotions and discounts that I have on my account which includes a free line credit that I took advantage of 3 years ago. How is this fair? And any thoughts or suggestions? This promo ends tonight :(1.1KViews0likes6Comentarios
