What is the support path to get domains off of the c2c filtering list?
Any mention our domain in a c2c sms message causes messages to be dropped in perfect signal conditions. I am certain that this is grey route c2c filtering.
We have registered a2c10dc number and a campaign, so our automated routes work fine.
The core issue is that all regular, c2c sms messages that contain my domain name are blocked. (iMessage works, MMS through non TMobile apns work, and other carriers not messaging TMobile mostly work)
The nature of my business is community fundraising, and we provide a personal link for donations to registers members. Members tend to share the link with friends and family. They are told not to message unknown contacts and that they must inform them of their intent prior to sending them a donation request.
Looking through the TMobile code of conduct, this sort of usage appears to be omitted, there are mentions of 501c3 for text to donate, but that is not what's happening here, and it's not coming from an automated a2c route. These are c2c user driven messages through their contacts.
My domain has https, does no redirects other than routing http to https. All subdomains of the domain are blocked. It has no history of prior registration and is in good standing with googles site index.
The ban is so targeted, that I can't even share links with coworkers, friends, or family when they reference my domain over sms.
I've tried contacting t mobile support, however, I get bounced around needlessly and never get to any authority about reviewing why the domain was included in a c2c filter, or how to begin resolving issues of this nature.
Please! Can you provide some method of making progress, or a way to escalate out of the 'turn on and off airplane mode' during support tickets?
