Are Tmobile internet for business prioritized on the network? HIGH LATENCY!!!
I just installed Tmobile internet and have been having issues with through-put and high latency. Speeds when low latency, which is only between midnight and 5am PST in Everett WA, allows for up to 175mbps down, but during the business hours and high latency we are getting 2-8mbps download. Unacceptable for a business internet solution. Are these devices prioritized on the network to ensure some or ANY type of service level?Re: sending text to my cell phone using @tmomail.net no longer working?

Please allow 3 business days for teams to review. Resolution can take longer depending on the issue. My domain nwtotalatm.com is currently being blocked by the spam filters of tmomail.net, we utilize our domain to send out location update information for a field techs (all of who have tmobile business cell phones under our business plan) as well as our clients. All our techs and clients that are on the tmobile network stopped receiving email to sms notifications from ourreports@nwtotalatm.comemail address on Monday 9/4/23 at approx 8:42pm PST. Please send this to the SPAM administrator of tmomail.net to address. We called and got a ticket number, the next day (yesterday) for 1 hour 45 minutes we got flooded with messages and seemingly current notifications that were sent in real time. Then at 3:50 pm PST they stopped. I confirmed my email server has sent out more notifications to my tec (who all use my tmobile biz line phones to receive these) and they stopped getting them too. I even switched domain's on my outbound email serverand that worked for about 2 hours. Is this cloudflare that is just being too aggressive? Why have I gotten no more response or help on this. Hi @HeavenM thank you for your input. However, this service is utilized by a huge number of end users, business, and platforms. For example ServiceTitan (a $10B company) has over 7500 clients and over 100,000 service technicians and they utilized the email to sms gateway and sms gateway of tmomail.net as part of their notification abilities, so I dont feel it is a small service designed for 1:1 comms and my software was working fine until this monday, meaning it wasnt scored as spam until monday. No problem, the system is working as it should and scoring various domains traffic into tmomail.net its just that my domain is not spam and should be adjusted for rescoring. is this is outside your scope of responsibilities- no problem.
