I have a business internet gateway and I cannot make any changes on my device. Here is the reason, this dmb 5G Gateway now requires the app to make changes but if I try to use the app, I will receive a message saying I have a business account and I need to log in to the HUB, I log in to the HUB, there are no options to manage the gateway. I click on support, it shows only my reps, my reps are clueless on how to resolve this. Can someone look into this? It is crazy what you do to businesses...I have been already trying the ATT gateway, and I will be replacing them all…I am talking about 15 gateways.139Visto0likes2ComentariosBusiness Internet with static IP a disaster
I want a static IP. I have T-Mobile home internet. That only uses dynamic (IPV6) addresses. I was told I had to get business Internet. I ordered it with static IP. The Inseego device arrived. I connected and ran a speed test. I got 0.1 mbs download! I contacted tech support. It took over an hour of wrong transfers and holds to get them. They ordered a new device. II came the next day.. It woudln't work at all. It took 3 hours to get tech support who ordered a third device. When that came, it wouldn';t connect to the Internet at all. I spent THREE hours working with a tech. We were completely unable to get any connectivity. Static IP was also comng up incorrect. It was a dynamic IP assignment. I spent over 12 hours in total on this. Here's what we learned: The radio in the tower has a problem with network capability. A ticket has been open on it for over 1,000 days! It's been escalated twice wtih no result. The Inseego device willonly connect to this channel (N41). My account wasincorrectly set up and was unable to get a static IP. The support techsuggested I cancel the account and have tele-sales (impossible to reach!) cancel this account and start over. Since the only available channel is N41, even if the new account was set up properly, it wouldn'twork. I decided to close the account. I was completely uable to rach anyone in customer support beyond pathetic foreign first-level agents. I had no opportunity to escalate. Very very poor customer service. In case you wondered, my home T-MobileInternet speed is 300+ mbs. It took me over an hour on hold to ge to the WRONG rep (transferred 3 more times). I asked this rep (asian) to give me tlesalees. She said she would. I was on hold for another 25 minutes and got TECH SUPPORT. That agent got me to a US rep who was helpful. She connected me to another Asian who, itityh great difficulty canceled the cccount. The US rep called back to make sure things worked out. I told her that I thought so. I also explained that I was told a Cradlepoint device might actually work. She promised to get back to me tomorrow. As it stands now, the account may be canceled (no equipment return lable received yet), and I might get a call to potentially make things work. Given my experience so far, I doubt anyone from T-Mobile will read this post. It would be nice if someone senior would read it. This is an example of incredibly bad customer service, tech support, and apparently tower maintenance.281Visto0likes0ComentariosStatic IP with home internet or business internet?
Is it possible for me to get one or more static IP addresses if i sign up for either T-Moble home internet or T-Mobile busness internet? Ideally, I need 2 or 3 static IP addresses. Also, if I move to a different location where T-Mobile home or business internet is offered, would I get to keep the same static IP addresses? Thank you very much.11KViews1like13ComentariosInseego FX3100 with Waveform 4x4 External Antenna
I have an Inseego FX3100 on the way to upgrade my FX2000 that could not use an External Antenna without internal surgery LOL. Anyone know the best way to connect the FX3100 to my existing Waveform 4x4 I used to use with my Nokia Unit? I have 4 wires coming out of the External Antenna and the FX3100 only has 2. Any help is much appreciated.2.3KViews0likes5ComentariosT-Mobile Business Internet is worse that their home Internet.
Hello all. I have been testing out the Home Internet and the Business Internet through T-Mobile. I started with the Home Internet, but I could not run my server because of the port forwarding issue. I have done research on the business Internet and found that if I switch to the business Internet that would be better because I could get a static IP and I can use my router for the port forwarding. To make a long story short I received an inseego fx2000 and pulled less on this device than I did with the home internet. The Inseego is very low quality and has small internal antennas. The antenna ports on the back of the Inseego do not work with the frequencies of T-mobile so there are no ways we can get a better connection to the tower. I'm 1.2 miles away from my tower and with T-Mobiles free devices only give me on a good day 250 mg on download and 9 mg on an upload. Most of the time I get 150 mg download and 5mg upload. I also tried the cradle point device and saw it cost $35.00 a month extra and I received the same speed test as the Inseego so I sent it back. At this point, I have received poor tech support from T-Mobile and a poor representative. We are a nonprofit organization and need to save money but at the same time at this point, I'm upset that T-Mobile does not treat a business situation better than what I have been treated. T-Mobile has sent multiple devices out thinking what I had was defective but I never received anything that would work well with my server. Spectrum seems to still have the best solid service when it comes to customer support and helps small businesses to be able to make it. If you have any questions feel free to email me at douglasmv@yahoo.com. Thanks and have a good day.2.2KViews0likes3Comentariosinternet from 100mpbs to 3mbps.
I have business internet to run credit and watching only 1 TV. The first month running smoothly more than 100mbps. Since last week it have beenslow down from3mbps down topoint (.)15mbps. Barely able to watch TV and struggle to run credit card. Call them up and even upgrade and replace 2 different gateway and still crappy speed. Do we get partially refund or any fix to this before I go back to xfinity? Tmobile is so unreliable for business and if this doesn't fix soon then how can I recommend to my other business friends?.58Visto0likes0ComentariosMystery of disappearing 5G connectopy for 5G business internet
Hello everyone, TLDR: I had my 5G business internet went to 4G/LTE only and can't make it back to 5G. Anyone has seen similar situation? TLDR: I had my 5G business internet connectivity going from 5G to 4G/LTE only and can't make it back to 5G. - I subscribed to 5G business internet with static IP once it become available in our area in January. In Feb I received FX3100 gateway, provisioned it, was getting solid 4 bars in the information page. I switch it to pass-thru mode, to use my router as wifi and gateway and everything was fine - getting 130mbit download and about 20mbit upload. Couple of weeks later I say that speeds have dropped to 4G only. Rebooting the router, resetting to factory settings did not help. I called support and they shipped replacement gateway. Replacement gateway came with its own SIM card. When I turned it on, it booed and came up with solid 5G connectivity - blue LED on and 4 bars from 5 in the information display. Then I put my old SIm from previous router) in new and power cycled it. It came back - with 4G connectivity only. I put new SIM card back, power cycled and it came back again with solid 5G. However this new SIM card had no internet connectivity, despite that cellular 5g connectivity was on. So I called tech support and the first level could not do anything. They transferred to the second level and after 15 min of provisioning new SIM card (that came with the router), updating profiles, etc, etc. They asked me to unplug power, wait 2 min, plug it back. I did and router came back with my old static IP and…with 4G connectivity again. Remember, when SIM was unpovisioned - it was showing 5G fine. I am telling all this to the support and they are telling me - weeel, there might be 5G connectivity problem in your area. But when I asked how it was that with unprovisioned SIM I was getting 5G - they have no answer. No they are telling me that they will check something on their side and call me back. So…. anyone have been in the similar situation? How it can be resolved?73Visto0likes0ComentariosT-mobile Business Internet - Why do you even offer this if you can't remotely access any IOT device behind the gateway?
Basics of any ISP is to allow remote access through the gateways so customers can manage any of the IOT devices attached to their network. This is a fundamental failure on T-mobile's design and network design for both business and residential internet services. Once a replacement device shows up, no power cords, no ethernet cords, the device shows up dirty with food, fingerprints, and other unsanitary residue on it that makes me question if the last person used it as toilet paper before putting it in the box. The SIM cardhasto be switched from the old device, no problem. Yet there is no straightforward way outside of sitting on hold for hours to get someone in the technical services group that later hangs up on you hours into your call to get the IMEI number updated in connect.inseego.com. If you are looking for 5G internet service that is decently fastand you will never need to access any of your devices from a remote location, decent service. If you need to access your devices from remote locations, don't use T-mobile. This decades long availability to remotely access computers, servers, alarm systems, storage systems, camera systems, and other devicesis apparently an elusive realm forT-mobile to grasp which makes me wonder how their own IT staff interacts with their network.122Visto0likes1ComentarioAre Tmobile internet for business prioritized on the network? HIGH LATENCY!!!
I just installed Tmobile internet and have been having issues with through-put and high latency. Speeds when low latency, which is only between midnight and 5am PST in Everett WA, allows for up to 175mbps down, but during the business hours and high latency we are getting 2-8mbps download. Unacceptable for a business internet solution. Are these devices prioritized on the network to ensure some or ANY type of service level?106Visto1like1ComentarioTrouble with 5g Internet in Metal Buildings
We have 5G hooked up for our business. It is housed in a metal building. I get great service outside but inside the metal building the service is not so great. Is there an easy way to connect an antenna or similar item? Or will i have to mount the router outdoors?1.8KViews0likes3Comentarios
