5G Gateway does not have admin features for Business accounts
I have a business internet gateway and I cannot make any changes on my device. Here is the reason, this dmb 5G Gateway now requires the app to make changes but if I try to use the app, I will receive a message saying I have a business account and I need to log in to the HUB, I log in to the HUB, there are no options to manage the gateway. I click on support, it shows only my reps, my reps are clueless on how to resolve this. Can someone look into this? It is crazy what you do to businesses...I have been already trying the ATT gateway, and I will be replacing them all… I am talking about 15 gateways.

It is always helpful to list the specific device that you are asking about. So few bother with that.
Can’t you log into the (unknown) router directly by pointing your browser to 192.168.__.1?

There is no option whatsoever to login. This is a well known issue...but for a business account it is even worse since we cannot use the app as I explained. If i try using the app it will tell me I need to use the account hub, in the account hub there is no option to manage the gateway, if I click on support it asks me to talk to my account reps who knows even less than I do...
