This is on your FAQ page:The e-mail to text gateway is a legacy system that may eventually be decommissioned in the future. Can you please tell me if there are current plans to decommission this legacy gateway in2024? My company uses this to send critical pager messages for engineering. We are Not high-volume and we are Not running a campaign. We are open to a better route or way.293Visto0likes2ComentariosKeep getting server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT when email to text?.
Keep getting server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT when email to text?. Called T-mobile about this issue multiple times and they always act like its the first time they have ever heard of this and franky they never seem to help. I assume its their spam filter but is there anyway for customers to whitelist email addresses so they don't get blocked?125Visto0likes0ComentariosWhat is the capacity of email-to-sms gateway?
I am doing a project for a club that would like to implement email-to-sms messaging to send text messages at medium-volume to our members. I was wondering what could I expect the volume of messages that I send through a email-to-text gateway to be before I would see issues with deliverability? For example, would I expect 5 message per minute before messages would not deliver to users.54Visto0likes0ComentariosEmail to text not working via gmail.
Have a PLC that sends alerts/alarms out via email. There are 10 people on the group message, 8 of whom are on other carriers - all received the email/text, but not to tmomail.net. Only two of us are on Tmobile and we are the only two who didn't receive the alert: There was a temporary problem delivering your message to **********@tmomail.net. Gmail will retry for 25 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. Hi, Tmobile just recently changed protocol about 10 days ago. We are an answering service and we've been seeing the majority of our messages to doctors, business owners, etc being blocked from Tmobile. Sendgrid is showing that Tmobile is blocking the messages in an effort to cut down on spam. All of our messages are legitimate. Sendgrid is trying to push us to using Twilio's Text to Text API (which I suspect is because Sendgrid was bought out by Twilio and trying to get us to pay an arm and a leg for per text messaging rates). I need to reach out to t-mobile to determine how all of our messages can be added to a whitelist. Blocking our legitimate messages to our customers because they originate from email instead of text to text is seriously impacting our business and we need to find a work around for this asap. That or our only immediate solution will be to tell hundreds of t-mobile uses to switch carriers. I need to get a phone number or email to someone that has the authority to help with this issue - someone w/ TMobile's engineer team - is there someone who can point me in the right direction on who to reach out to. The general TMO support line has been no help despite multiple calls and multiple messages that have amounted to - "don't call us, we'll call you..." and we have yet to hear ANYTHING back after a week and a half!319Visto2likes1ComentarioError Emailing to Phone (email to text)

Sprint customer here. About a month or 2 ago, I started noticing that some messages sent using the email to SMS service can be significantly delayed. I've seen messages delayed up to (and possibly over) 24 hours, but more frequently, the delay is between 10 minutes to a couple hours (when it happens). I have an unlimited everything plan and I use the email to SMS service to send myself messages from automations on my Raspberry Pi. I pay through the nose for the service, so I figured using that just seemed like a no-brainer. I was not having any problem with this for years prior to a couple months ago. I always received messages within moments of sending the email. I waited awhile before reaching out to Sprint/T-Mobile with this (and other) issues so that I could rule out issues on my raspberry pi. When I finally got around to sitting down and debugging, I added timestamps to all my messages and over the past week or 2, I have been seeing the difference between my timestamps and the time I received the messages. I could of course work around this issue and use a different means of sending messages, but that's ridiculous. I *pay* for this service. It should work and it should work promptly. The past 2 days I have spent frustrated hours interacting with sprint support to figure this out and all I hear are excuses and requests to do basic cure-all debugging steps that frankly make no sense. I have no delays of regular SMS messages, nor imessages. It's restricted to email-to-sms messages, and that happens on their servers. And since I have no way of determining whether these steps have fixed the issue, since I cannot make it happen on demand, all I have asked them todo is look at my message logs over the past 15 days and compare the times they receive the emails with the times they are actually sent to my phone so I can conclusively confirm the issue. I got one upper tier tech to actually do it, via their messaging support, but I got disconnected while waiting to hear his results. I even got a message from him saying he had the results and was just reviewing them before sending mea synopsis! So frustrating! Interactions since then put me back at square one with uselessdebugging, despite my requests to either give me those results or do it again… My first cell service/phone back in the early 2000s was T-Mobile and back then, I recall the support being really great. With this new experience, I can no longer say the same.Solved3.8KViews0likes15ComentariosHow to use @tmomail.net via gmail? I am not getting Email to SMS on my phone, even though SMS to Email works

I have a filter setup that takes certain messages I receive and forwards it to me via xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net. It has worked for years. Now it stopped. I can't even send e-mails to the address. No hay errores. There are no messages that they are being blocked. They just aren't being delivered. Even if I just send a test message to the e-mail address, nothing is received on my end.
