Keep getting server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT when email to text?.

Keep getting server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT when email to text?.  Called T-mobile about this issue multiple times and they always act like its the first time they have ever heard of this and franky they never seem to help.  I assume its their spam filter but is there anyway for customers to whitelist email addresses so they don't get blocked?
