I have a Sonim XP3Plus and it is incessantly asking me if I want to activate T-Mobile Direct Connect. Though I repeatedly select 'no' the alert doesn't go away, and pops up on my flip phone outer screen. How do I stop this annoyance? there is an app on the phone called TCD which i think is the culprit, can it be deleted. I've also tried force it to quit but no avail. Can someone please tell me how to silence this alert once and for all? thanks also, it seems that when I press number keys during calls to respond to prompts ('press 1 for yes') etc, it isn't heard by the other party/automated phone tree system. I can hear the numbers as I enter them, and i can see them appearing on the banner on the screen, but its as if the other end never hears it. its an impossible circumstance given how often one must do this sort of thing. ideas? do i just have a poor connection?2.6KViews0likes4ComentariosPorting from Verizon Fios Landline to T-Mobile
I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 13 years and I am experiencing horrible issues with trying to port a number I own from a Verizon Fios Business account to T-Mobile. I have called Verizon multiple times and validated my account # is correct that was given to T-Mobile for the port. The reason givenfor the transfer failing has been communicated as incorrect account # via Verizon to T-Mobile. The T-Mobile representatives keeptelling me the number is related with MCI. Do they have the wrong carrier identified when trying to do this port? It has been almost a month trying to get this number transferred. Looking for help as customer service, the transfer center and case work teams at T-Mobile have not been able to figure this out, very frustrating. Any help?563Visto0likes1ComentarioBusiness T-Mobile ID does not work on switch2t-mobile.com -Oops there was a poroblem!
Are Business T-Mobile ID's integrated with the rest of the T-Mobile ID system? I was trying to check on the status of my Promotions https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/and I am prompted to login. However, the ID I use for my business account on the T-Mobile Account Hub will not work for checking promotion status. I encounter three different scenarios: -If I select I am a Business, I forwarded on from the promotions page directly to my Account Hub and do not see any promotions. -If I say I have a T-Mobile ID and enter my Business Account Hub email, it says I need a T-mobile ID and asks me to link it to my phone number. It them wants to verify the last 4 of my Social Security which does not work. I do get a verification text when I do this. -If I try to setup a new T-Mobile ID I also get the Oops there is a problem message.177Visto1like1ComentarioI think T-Mobile should offer a business hotspot plan for security cameras.
I own several properties and I recently purchased a hotspot to give me remote security camera viewing at one of my properties to test out if this will work for all of my properties. This seemed like a good option because it was less expensive than getting the cheapest internet plan through my cable/phone company at each one of my properties (hint: its not cheap at all). Additionally, I like the portability. If I'm doing a fix and flip or only need internet for a limited time, it makes it easy to grab the hotspot andgo to the next project/jobsite. I don't need to call my cable company to disconnect and reconnect internet at the other property and in remote locations (or for new construction), sometimes service is not even run to the building yet. Anyhow, I've realized that I don't need5G speeds just for a few cameras streaming. Monitoring full time (which is likely unnecessary, but may be needed for some people) would use quite a bit of data but doesn't need 5G speeds.I wonder if T-mobile could offer a business hotspot plan with higher data and reduced speeds. Aplan faster than 2G, perhaps3G or 4G (at maybe 5mb/s)specifically forthe purpose of remote security camera monitoring through hotspots. There really seems to be a big demand for this in business but nobody is there to fill this demand.Manythefts occur onjob sites and mobile hotspots w/cameras seem like a natural solution to this problem. Additionally T-mobile, as well a othercell providers, offer unlimited tablet plans for business, so why not offer the same thing for hotspots?166Visto1like1Comentario
