Help Diagnose Iphone SE
My iPhone SE is frequently losing signal and not connecting to the internet. Calls are dropped sporadically and can't access email or 611 for T-Mobile support, but another phone on the same family plan has no problems. The phone is up to date on all updates. Other party cannot always hear me
I joined T mobile to days back. I had about 5 calls including calls with T mobile customer service, every call I have been in had issue with the other person could not hear me part of the call. All calls were made from my home. I have Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra. I have 14 days to decide and I am at the verge of deciding to leave T mobile.
