6 TopicsNumbers coming in incorreclty - showing as foreign countries
Whenever I receive a call from a number that is not saved in my contacts, the Caller ID shows it incorrectly. It appears as if it's adding a country code that is not correct, or just breaking the number apart incorrectly and showing it coming in from a different country all together. This has only been going on for about a week. The numbers below are in fact US numbers, if you look at the one labeled peru, it should be (513)-393-2193 - I dont know where the extra 6 is coming from. The Argentina number, is actually 877 -698-3261. Again, no idea where the +54 is coming from and the Croatia number is 385 428 1000 - no extra numbers there, it just formatted it incorrectly. Is anyone else having this problem? I've hard reset the phone numerous times, no fixSolved36KViews0likes40ComentariosBlocked numbers and THEIR records
This might sound silly, however, my best friend's wife hates me. We have been best friends since Kindergarten, but I don't want him to call or text if it shows on the phone records. But if I call and *67 my number, will it still show up on they're phone records? Can you block your number when texting?20KViews0likes6ComentariosMy business Caller ID name appearing incorrectly on T-Mobile phones
Hello! My business phone provider - which is handled by Spectrum Voip - displays my business name correctly at all of the other mobile providers, but for some reason it displays the name of a former employee when a T-Mobile number is called. I spoke with Spectrum and they confirmed that they have my business name properly listed on their end and informed me that the issue would then be on the receiving end. I spoke with T-Mobile customer support, and theytold me that since I do not have a T-Mobile number that there is nothing that they can do??? I read through some of the other posts on this topic and it appears that there are 3rd party providers that could also be the cause, any guidance on how I could go about having this corrected with T-Mobile or 3rd parties is greatly appreciated.1.9KViews1like5ComentariosBusiness Caller ID name appearing incorrectly on T-Mobile outbound calls
Our company has a voip carrier that has updated our CNAM for our phone line in their database. When we call a T-Mobile wireless customer it comes up with the phone# and an incorrect copmany (occassionaly it will show a name, some calls it shows the incorrect name, some calls it is just the number) which is causing issues with people knowing who is calling. How do we get T-Mobile to update their CNAM file so that when we call your wireless customers our correct name appears199Visto0likes1ComentarioID issue
I was switched over to T Mobile just over a month ago from Sprint. My experience so far with T Mobile has been horrible. I wish I could go back to Sprint. My caller ID comes up as Private Number. The problem with that is that people often do not pick up my calls because they assume it's a spam call. I have called T-Mobile 5 times so far in my attempt to resolve this issue. Each time, the representative promises me that the issue will be resolved then they tell me to wait 72 hours for the Caller ID to show up ...but it NEVERhappens. I'm so sick to death of having to call T Mobile OVERand OVERand OVERand not getting any results. I'm even moresick to death of having to WAITand WAITand WAITwhile suffering through that HORRIBLE music while waitingfor a "specialist" to pick up the phone ..who will promise me again to get the issue resolved ..and then it's the same damn thing. Why is T Mobile so horrifically incompetent when it comes to such a simple matter as Caller ID Having the right Caller Identification is critical for my survival in business. T Mobile's utterfailure and incompetence when it comes to addressing this simple issue of Caller ID is jeopardizing my business and in turn my personal survival. I'm so frustrated by this horrible ordealthat I think the only solution may be to switch to Google Fi Ben128Visto1like1Comentario
