I am unable to change my plan to Magenta Max
I get the followingerror: "Oops! something went wrong." Very helpful. I disabled my adblocking VPN and attempted to upgrade directly from the Android app but I received the same error and tried again in my browser both on my phone and desktop to no regard. Third party cookies are enabled. Any idea's on how to fix this? Ireally don't feel like calling in, I have mildsocial anxiety (undiagnosed, mind you).
I have changed my phone plan to credit.
I have changed my prepaid plan to credit and added my kids' phone lines too. However, my prepaid phone is not changed to credit. Please let me know what happened. Also, I have a new SIM card, but I don't know how to activate it. Please let me know about it. Thank you, Sunghyuck Hong
