I am unable to change my plan to Magenta Max
I get the following error: "Oops! something went wrong." Very helpful. I disabled my adblocking VPN and attempted to upgrade directly from the Android app but I received the same error and tried again in my browser both on my phone and desktop to no regard. Third party cookies are enabled. Any idea's on how to fix this? I realmente don’t feel like calling in, I have mild social anxiety (undiagnosed, mind you).
if social media is an option you can also contact TMO via Facebook or Twitter..you start with a higher tier support compared to the call in agents as well..
