Customer Service via Phone Only
I'm switching my service over to another provider because T-Mobile coverage in my home city is spotty and inconsistent. I wanted to help y'all out by reporting where the poor coverage is, but you only allow me to contact you via phone call, which is inconvenient as hell. Since you can't be bothered to monitor an email address, I'll just post it here on my way out the door instead of allowing you time to fix your coverage and keep a customer who's been with Sprint and now you for 21 years.
