3 TopicsWhy does T-Mobile limit Internet speed via hotspot by 1000 times? (Unlimited Plus, no traffic spent)
Hello, I connected a new "Unlimited Plus" plan to two of my mobile numbers in order to be able to share the Internet to another device. Speed test on the phone - 500-600 mbps. (In fact, these are relatively "laboratory" values. It is clear that when using, for example, YouTube, such a speed is not even close) When testing Internet speed on another device through a hotspot (hotspot from my phone with T-mobile, of course) - the speed is 0.3-0.5 mbps. This speed was immediate, on the day the new plan was activated. Therefore, there is no talk of a 10GB limit yet. I contacted T-mobile support many times, they are useless. We left a request (ticket) and had to respond within 3 days. It's been 2 weeks already. The other day I asked support about this ticket - they ignored the question. I asked for a call back - agreed and confirmed. There was no call. Disgusting service. I will change my mobile operator.97Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile cheated me
T-Mobile cheated me big time. I got sold an offer 4 lines with 4 free phones. Representative didn't mention anything about trade-ins, BOGO offers, just plane 4 free phones and 4 new lines. If there was conditions attaches, I should have been told about them. I transferred all of my lines over. My bill was through the roof for first 2 months. I was told that it would take 2 months for credits to kick on. Boy, they lied! I called back to check on why was I being charge enormous amount for 2 lines. They told me that I never had 4 lines with free phones offer. They denied ever offering it. I feel so deceived by this carrier. I can't even quit without paying arm and a leg for new phones on my plan. This is wrong for T-Mobile to do. When I called customer care, they just said they cannot do anything. To me, it seems like they lie to people to get them in and everyone is in on it. They tried giving me 10 different reasons on why I wouldn't qualify for the plan instead of taking responsibility and owning uptown their mistake. I will never recommend these thieves to anyone.304Visto1like1ComentarioIs anybody else feeling BAMBOOZLED by T-Mobile'$ unethical business practices?
We wanted internet for the traveling bus. We're a bunch of hippies, long hair, smoking the buds from hale, and dreaming of peace for everyone. We peacefully travel around speaking THE WORD of the Gospel According to #woodstock. I said to to my nice Filipino dude. I need internet for my traveling bus. I have a device. I just need one of those T-Mobile SIM cards with unlimited data things man. My Filipino dude is confused what traveling bus is. I know P-Town got buses I said to him. After splaining terminology he got the dots connected. Maybe? 😬. He behaves intimidated due to lack of American terminology. He's just coy. He says he can't send SIM cards for no device that's not T-Mobile. If anyone has read this far, correct action I (in hindsight) was to take . . . like an old Drill Sergeant states. ABOUT FACE, HANG UP, GO TO NEAREST T-MOBILE STORE. Did I heed my yelling bootcamp butthead's advice? Noooowha. My Filipino dude is a lean mean sales pitching machine tho. He said I have something really good for you. Magenta. I thought. Dang, that's close to #purplehaze Jack get your hand off my stack. Let me hear more Dude. Yadda yadda yadda. I'm in a deal that I have brand new phone, two sick Senior watches, another line if my friend wants to transfer his phone number over, AND, . . . AND a device that I believed at the time was only a SIM card for the existing device I already freaking own. No. This device shows up on front porch. You know I'm like WTH, right. I get My Filipino Dudes woman on the line. She says I keep it. They no take back. At that time, the so-called no contract CONTRACT is still in the period where all the smack can be terminated without questions. My Filipino Internet Cell Phone Device Tablet agents are more adamant than Crack and Krystal dealers on 5th and Broad. Jesus had to roll over in his stone vault. The question I poise is plain and simple, who feels as I do that T-Mobile is manipulative, deceitful, and lacks moral compass? 427Visto0likes3Comentarios
