So, Weeks ago I had purchased a T-mobile Phone, They scammed me saying its Unlocked, However I managed to transfer the phone on my account and asked T-mobile customer service to unlock it for me and they checked into my account they said according to T-mobile Terms The account should be $100 paid or 365 days to be with them, so my account was already $60 all I had to do is to process with $40 or more So he made me refill my account with $50 and told he would unlock it for me and I will have it unlocked it within 72 hours. However then I relied on T-mobile customer service I paid $50 more and refilled my account he told he processed with unlock request and would be unlocked within 72 hours, but it's been over 3 weeks phone is still locked and now when i contactthe T-mobile 611 again they are giving different information every time i contact them. So My Concern , Question and Next step: Is T-mobile so unstable to Handle customers with improper customer service just making people give them money in any possible way? For this I could pay more but I feel played with both the Scammer and the T-mobile which has possibly too scammed me with making me pay withfalse information or this is how T-mobile works. My next Month would be with Verizon at least they helptheir customer and no false information neither the forced payments scam!.Solved184Visto0likes3ComentariosT-mobile's Misguidance and Misinformation ( SCAM )

3/5/2024 Angela Haynes Mike Sievert, CEO T-MobileCustomer Relations PO Box 37380 Albuquerque, NM 87176-7380 To Whom It May Concern, Per you- "At T-Mobile we have a simple mission - to be the best in the world at connecting customers to their world." I beg to differ. My service is horrible! It has been horrible since your company completed a warranty exchange. I can't make calls. I can't pull information off the internet. I am in a larger city, and there should be enough towers for me to have service. I requested 2 additional phones and every phone your company sent was subpar at best. Finally, I stopped putting in warranty request because I was disgruntled, moreover dissatisfied. The only answer is that the device you gave me is faulty. I am stuck with horrible advice from customer service, who is supposedly filled with industry experts. But the advice received is also horrible. It has been suggested that I buy another phone. I didn't plan to buy another phone for 2 plus years, and now I have horrible service. My broken phone worked better than the phone your company sent me. I called in several times about my complaint and the information fell on deaf ears. I end up being forced to pay for a phone while I don't get all the calls, can't make calls, and the internet is slow as Methuselah. Cordially, Angela Haynes24Visto0likes0ComentariosWhat do you do when T-Mobile can't fix the device but keeps charging you?
I signed up for a data only hotspot plan (100GB) and device (Inseego MiFi X Pro 5G (1GB)) in March of 2023. I had the device for about a month before it stopped working. I had a 100GB data plan but since it stopped working, I've only used: March 0.00GB, April 2.17GB, May 0.00GB. But they keep charging me the monthly plan plus device fee even though they know it's not working. Here's the problem: Device appears to work and shows 2-3 bars of 5G UC and says status is connected. I can connect other devices to it but there is no data service. We confirmed this by also trying to update the software on the device and it says No internet connection. I've called support 4 times and spent 1-2 hrs on the phone each time. I just spent another 2 hrs in a store followed by another 2 hrs on the phone and still no one can resolve this. They did a warranty exchange, which I had to pay for, and the new device doesn't work either. They have had multiple tech support people try to fix it as well as the store employees and no one can figure it out. They handed me the warranty exchange device and told me there is nothing else they can do and I'd need to call customer service to cancel and return the device and that was my best option. I called customer support right after and they told me the warranty exchange was processing so they couldn't make any changes to my account. I told them I already picked up the device, it doesn't work and that is why I'm calling. She insisted I needed to wait another 72 hrs with a defective device and no service until they do some mysterious step in the warranty exchange process. Today, I chatted again with support. They told me I need to try ANOTHER warranty exchange and if the 3rd device doesn't work, then I can cancel. All the while, I've had to work from a Starbuck everyday because because of construction going on at my house that causes the internet service to intermittently go out (this is the whole reason I purchased the hotspot). I'm so over it and don't know what else to do. Waste of time, waste of money and I'm left hanging. If anyone knows what next steps I can take to resolve this once and for all, I'll send you a Starbucks gift card (they already think I work there cause I'm there everyday).114Visto0likes0ComentariosHow do you not have an email or chat to send issues / complaints? need email address updated.
