How Do I Add More High Speed on my Pre Paid $10 1 Gb for 7 days Data Pass Plan?
Yesterday I paid for a $10 1 GB 7 day data pass and I accidentally used all of the data. I'm over 1 Gb now and when that happens your speeds slow down to making it pretty much unusable websites wont load captchas or anything so I can log in. I just want to add another $10 1 GB data pass so I'll get my high speeds back but when I did that on the t mobile website the order just went straight to pending and "stacked". My internet is still stuck on the same data plan I bought yesterday. Exactly how long does it take for the new pass to over ride the one I paid for yesterday so I can get high speed again? Or do I have to wait for the whole 7 days to pass before the new one kicks in? Does anybody know how to get another newer data pass plan to work while the other one is still active?
International Daya Pass
Hello, my question is a bit simple and probably was easy to understand for others than myself. Are the international data pass add-ons per line or for all the lines in your plan together? As in if I add on the 15 day pass, would that only apply to my phone or collectively for all the lines on my plan?

T mobile is usually up front with their billing, which I love. Like having fees and taxes included in their monthly bill - no surprises. I have run into trouble with their International data pass. They advertise 15 gigabits of international data to use in 30 days for $50 USD. That is not what you get. In the small words of the contract it is 15 gigabits of data AFTER you use all other data. So if you use a large amount of your PAID data toward the beginning of a billing cycle you could use all of your free 5 gigabits of free data then run out of time (30 days) and end up with no high speed data. T mobile should be more honest in their advertising and let you use your paid data as you want and free data when you run out. I see no advantage to the customer in this case, just a win for T mobile.Nowhere to buy the international data pass
Hi, guys! I'm currently on a business trip out of the U.S.. Before the trip, I forgot to buy the international services from T-Mobile and now my sim card is completely out of services, which cannot receive text messages and make phone calls. Fortunately, I can still login to my T-mobile through web. But the problem is that there is not a international data pass option when I try to add on-demand passes. Do you know how to fix this? Or how can I receive the service aboard alternatively? Your help is greatly appreciated!!

Why does this pass not work well? I had this pass 6 months ago and it worked great. However, it seems unusable now.I even tried manually choosing the setar or digital networks and I still get extremely slow internet. I plan to use the $35, 10-day, 5GB International Pass while traveling overseas. How are the 10 days calculated? If I set the plan to begin on Nov. 1, what, exactly, does that mean? Will the plan start at a second past midnight on the morning of Nov. 1 and end at a second before midnight on the night of Nov. 10, and, if so, in which time zone? Does it start/stop at midnight in my home time zone (U.S. Eastern), in another U.S. time zone, or in the time zone of my first destination, which is many hours ahead of the U.S.? Or does it start when I actually start using it?
