Hi, Awful experiencewith T-Mobile. Back in November, Iadded a line with iPhone 15 pro maxthat time the tmobile chat representative gave me a breakdownthat my bill would be $175 including fourlines and total 4 phone payment. But in December my bill came out much higher than 175$. In February 2 ofmy phone paid off and march 3rd phone was paid of but my bill instead of decrease it keep increasing. It's been 7 month i talk to serval times and show the tmobile chat they didn't listen and billing extra. I filed a complaint but no response from them. I followed up multiple but no feedback.58Visto0likes1ComentarioHave I been scammedon the $830 promotional credit?
Can anyone explain tome how the $830 trade in credit works when you upgrade your plan to the new 5G? Surprisingly,T Mobile can not and I still don't know what they gave me for my trade in value but it wasn't $830. The man in the store broke it down this way… pay taxes and fees on any phone, trade in eligible device, sign up for the New 5G rate plan and we deduct the $830 from your new phone choice. You pay the difference for 24 months. So for an iPhone 14 pro max with tax and activation paid up front,That leaves a $1099 for the phone minus 830 is 269. That is roughly $11 month for 24 months for the phone. So why is the monthly $20???986Visto0likes2Comentariosaple watch 50% off deal
I spoke with agent to switch my phone plan and he offered me free Apple Watch deal. After I agreed, he told me that it was 50% off. I was indecisive but since the value of Apple Watch was about $250 online, I agreed to purchase it and add $5 monthly charge for Apple Watch. I confirmed with him 3 times that it will be adjusted in the invoice. However, after 6 months, I'm still charged full price. I called t mobile about this issue two times and agent says they will fix it. I don't know if it was scam or what's going on here.54Visto0likes0Comentarios
