I just signed up for T-Mobile home internet and am trying to link my home internet phone number to my account and it keeps taking me to the 'F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later.' error page. Just got off a 1.5 hour support call with no resolution. They keep asking me to try signing up using a different email address which doesn't work. The system respondssaying I need to use the email address I provided when signing up for home internet service. Would be great to somehow get this resolved in the next month so I can pay my first bill.1.3KViews7likes8ComentariosError F451"our wires crossed" for weeks - when will it be fixed?
This error has been has been a part of T-Mobile for years, coming and going. ¿Cuándo se solucionará? My situation: I have a T-Mobile ID with 3 accounts. I can login athttps://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2and am presented with the chooser page, to branch into one of my three accounts. One account is Home Internet, postpaid. That one works. The other two are a pre-paid phone plan and a pre-paid data plan. Clicking any of these runs into the F451 error page. The error happens on Chrome, Safari, Firefox. The cause is definitely not on my end, and the error itself says "to come back later". So I cannot check bills, nor change or extend plans, nor check data usage. This is so very unprofessional. All the access worked well in the mid of February. How can a website break so badly and for so long.. ugh… And no, Iwill not fiddle with my browser cache etc., this has all been tried before by many other users and does not help. And no, I cannot access the pre-paid accounts from neither my phone nor iPad (data), and the T-Mobile app cannot access the pre-paid accounts either.15KViews5likes12ComentariosOption to change PIN online results in error message
What the title says. There is an option within your account to change your PIN online. However, I've been trying to do it for a couple weeks, and every time, it results in the same error message: Service Unavailable. F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. I'd really like to be able to contact T-Mobile by chat or email via desktop to let them know about this error message, but apparently those are not options. Calling is the only option. Oh wait, you might be able to access chat support on the T-Mobile app, but you'll wait all day to chat witha humanwho may or may not be able to help you. Seriously T-Mobile, it's 2021. No chat or email support via desktop? If customer service is backed up and you can't offer reliable chat, that's fine…let me email, and a support rep can reply at their convenience. Anyway, I do not want to have to call customer service to change my PIN. I can't remember what I set up for my PIN before. I never call customer service, so I have no real reason to keep it fresh in my memory. I'd like to change it to a sequence of numbers that I know for certainI'll never forget, and I'd rather do that online while logged into my account. I've already set up the Account Takeover Protection, but I'd like to reset my PIN just as an added bit of protection to protect against sim swaps and the like. I know probably no one will be able to help me here, but perhaps someone could check and see if they receive the same error message when trying to reset their PIN. Would be nice to know if I'm the only one.1.2KViews1like9ComentariosError "Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde".
Still happening, apparently over the past four years. Every other thread has been marked "solved" though none were. It would be nice to have a solution to this. Users are able to sign in, but even though they get past OKTA, the are getting a 503 error during the handoff to the new server. So in my case, I can sign in and see some information, but I can't access any of my account services. This happens on my wifi and cell data; it happens in every browser, in both private and familiar windows, as well as in the app and Safari on my phone. It would be nice to have a soution for this.239Visto1like0Comentarios
