Terrible Experience with T-Mobile - False Advertising and Hidden Charges
A couple of months ago, I received a call from T-Mobile customer service offering me a plan that was supposed to be equal to my existing one but with faster speeds. It sounded great, so I agreed to the change. However, after switching, I found out that I had lost my unlimited international calling when traveling-the main reason I switched to T-Mobile 7 years ago! This feels like nothing but false advertising. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with customer service and a manager, all they could say was "sorry, but that's what you have now." No grandfathered plans, no solution-just too bad, deal with it. The whole idea of T-Mobile calling customers with "new plans" is a scam. They lure you in, claiming it's the same, and then hit you with hidden charges. Even when I offered to pay for international service, I was told it only works if you're calling a landline! It's 2024-who even uses landlines anymore? This is completely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and don't trust these people. T-Mobile doesn't care about its customers-they just want to rip you off with sneaky charges.
This is clearly fraud lying about speeds
I said in previous posts that I was getting 2G-3G speeds I'm even getting these speeds in my regular service. They said "To 600KBPs not "Up To" and this screenshot is actually fast compared to what I get most the time and I get this speed in the beginning of my bill cycle too This proves I'm only getting 3 G at best barely reaching 4G T Mobile is a scam

Be very careful when purchasing an international pass. It's a bit of a scam when it comes to cruises. They don't apply. Be sure not to waste your money because they charges are astronomical compared to international. Nowhere on the contract does it warn you about it not apply to cruise, SO THIS IS YOUR WARNING. I was not only charged for the pass but also for whatever the cruise ship charged T-mobile, though my contract was not with the cruise ship nor did any of the paperwork tell me this information.
T-Mobile throttling data on Maganta-Max
My plan is on Magenta Max which means I'm supposed to have unlimited everything and no throttling whatsoever according to T-Mobil advertisement, but if I do internet speed test with fast.com, my speed won't pass 2.7 mbps while I'm doing the test with VPN on I get more than 100 mbps. If it's not a false advertisement why my data is being compromised and being throttled?
