A couple of months ago, I received a call from T-Mobile customer service offering me a plan that was supposed to be equal to my existing one but with faster speeds. It sounded great, so I agreed to the change. However, after switching, I found out that I had lost my unlimited international calling when traveling-the main reason I switched to T-Mobile 7 years ago! This feels like nothing but false advertising. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with customer service and a manager, all they could say was "sorry, but that's what you have now." No grandfathered plans, no solution-just too bad, deal with it. The whole idea of T-Mobile calling customers with "new plans" is a scam. They lure you in, claiming it's the same, and then hit you with hidden charges. Even when I offered to pay for international service, I was told it only works if you're calling a landline! It's 2024-who even uses landlines anymore? This is completely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and don't trust these people. T-Mobile doesn't care about its customers-they just want to rip you off with sneaky charges.176Visto5likes2ComentariosLIARS ALL LIARS
I don't know if this is the right place to put my complaint but MetroPCS every time I go to a physical store or call in or call a store they all adding ridiculous fake charges . Each time I have my phone on record after the fist Few bait and swtches Either I go into the store or call into the store or call into the company. thety all tellme that I'm eligible for that promotion bringing my number but when it's time to pay something that should be only 150 all together at the most is 350 tell me so many different excuses 150 new customer or $50 sales tax or $25 Sim card and $65 activation fee. I have everything on camera. Which worries me when I called in first three times and they got my credit card number and then soon as it's ready to go, they say we can't do that number because we own that number not only bummed out come to find out. It's not the phone number because it works for the other promotions that they're lying just the fact that they know my credit card number and they are liars does not give me a good feeling. Every sales associate is adding Is more add more to the phone because it's expensive phone and you guys shouldn't even have promotion then everyone's gonna tack on their own tax I have literally like six different people lying about different. Things is crazy on camera and I called a false advertisement lawyer because the person that had my credit card number didn't sit right with me s23 Fe says49.99 bringing number but 200 or more depending how greedy they are I bought it my brother brought into franchise. I'm MetroPCS franchise so adding all these extra charges I know it was not Supposed to happen at these franchises we had our franchise we couldn't Even get phone cases from the Internet that's how everything was set in stone.75Visto0likes0ComentariosThis is clearly fraud lying about speeds
I said in previous posts that I was getting 2G-3G speeds I'm even getting these speeds in my regular service. They said "To 600KBPs not "Up To" and this screenshot is actually fast compared to what I get most the time and I get this speed in the beginning of my bill cycle too This proves I'm only getting 3 G at best barely reaching 4G T Mobile is a scam85Visto0likes2ComentariosTmobile not honoring their promo
So back in Oct. 2023 I purchased 2 watches, the galaxy classic 47mm, on the promo of "get (x) amount of dollars off" (I can't remember the exact amount but it was a lot about $300, $350, or $380 off). Tmobile was also running another promotion at the time called "bogo." The main difference in these two plans was the 1st mentioned promo required a paired digits watch plan, and the two promos were also fordifferent size watches & models. I remember the sales rep questioning if I could get the 1st promo because something strange was in the fine print, the specific watch I purchased was listed in the fine print on both promos and he and I were discussing how that didn't make sense who would chose the "bogo promo"instead of the "x amount of $ off" you obviously save more money when buying 2 watches on the "x amt of $ off," he even went to ask his manager to verify and he agreed.Anyhow, I made the purchase and he said he was making sure to write in the notes what promo he sold me on to make sure I get it and not the "bogo" well...fast forward when the bill finally stared showing the promo discount amountit stated "bogo" so I called to discuss the issue and the tmobile rep in the USA had all kinds of reasons that didn't make sense like: maybe you didn't have enough credit to finance the watch" or "the watch exceeded the the promo value" so I asked her to read the notes from the sales rep who I purchased the watches from to see he wrote down the promo code so she looked and said he didn't write anything and she even had a way to search the tmoblie archives of past promos and read them to me and it didn't say my watch on it which means that tmobile eventually caught the mistake and deleted all evidence of it in their system and in my order notes. Funny thing is that promo is still going on today but it's written correctly now but they won't honor it for me because according to them it didn't ever exist like that back in Oct 2023 when made the purchase and she spoke with her manager and manager refused to get on the phone to speak with me said to tell me "we arenot changing it and that's it so you have no need to speak with the manager" then I said we'll I can just call back and probably get another call center and speak to a manager then to escalatemy grievance or go in person to a store then she finally agreed to put the manager on but conviently"theiron the other line with someone she'll call you back" but themanager never did. I've been a customer for over 10yrs but never really had a reason to speak with tmobile because I hadn't upgraded my devices in 8 yrs and as soon as they are paid off I dropping tmobile and tellingeveryone I know. I'm still going to submit a grievance fordishonest sales practice and deleting/ falsifying records.392Visto1like0ComentariosPase internacional
Be very careful when purchasing an international pass. It's a bit of a scam when it comes to cruises. They don't apply. Be sure not to waste your money because they charges are astronomical compared to international. Nowhere on the contract does it warn you about it not apply to cruise, SO THIS IS YOUR WARNING. I was not only charged for the pass but also for whatever the cruise ship charged T-mobile, though my contract was not with the cruise ship nor did any of the paperwork tell me this information.867Visto0likes4ComentariosT-Mobile "Refer A Friend" seems like a scam!
So...I refer my aunt and uncle to T-Mobile. They activate two lines. But because my aunt and uncledidn't take my referral code to the store with them, my referral is considered "invalid." I call T-Mobile two separate times, and I'mgiven a $50.00 credit to my line. Fine, whatever. This isn't what T-Mobile advertises, in fact, it's downright false advertising. Requiring a "referral code" to be brought to the store is JUST ANOTHER HOOP T-Mobile hasin place to prevent actually paying the money out in the form of a pre-paid MasterCard as T-Mobileclaims to offer. I won't be referring anyone else to T-Mobile until you guys FIX THIS ISSUE. Red tape and false promises are BS!800Visto0likes3Comentariosiphone 11 trade in
I was told at T Mobile that I could receive $800 for my iPhone 11 which would go towards my bill for the iphone 13 pro max. The bill is originally $36 for 30 months before the credit. They printed the labels & told me that I needed to send it in. When I get home I see that the label said customer accepted value$180. Which is very untrue. No price other than $800 was discussed if I knew it was only worth $180 I wouldn't of accepted the phone.Did this happen to you? If so were you able to return whatever phone you accepted & get out of contract? Or complain & get more than what was on your label.12KViews1like6ComentariosConflicting iPhone 14 Trade In Offer for iPhone X

I went to the store for upgrading my phone V+ and they gave me another V+. I used Chat for making sure what happen Danicamarie wrote me it was a promotion for me and now I have two phones in my line and one is free by the T-Mobile Promotion (scam). I wrote I do not want surprises but Danicamarie wrote I should not worry, this is a promotion and second phone will be totally free. My ex girlfriend bring her iPhone (she bought in Apple Store) and T-Mobile take like one month to complete her transfer phone number after many problems. My ex girlfriend she did not like T-Mobile and she transfered her phone number out of T-Mobile to another carrier. But T-Mobile actually created a third Revvl V+. I actually have two physically Revvl V+ phones with its own boxes but I have actually three Revvl V+ phones in T-Mobile system, three different IMEI, ID and one of those is the "promotion" (scam), another should be mine but another T-Mobile is using my ex girlfriend name and her phone number for creating an imaginary third Revvl V+. This means: I have two physical devices, one was a "promotion" but T-Mobile has three in system. I am charged for 2 phones, the "promotion" was not real and T-Mobile is using the identity of my ex girlfriend for charging two phones when I have two and one was "promo". Cramming, false advertising, use of identity and data of someone never had a Revvl V+, scamming, bad company practices. The actual customer service like always are using words as: "i am in your side", "apologizes for all inconvenience" but they are not solving. And the last "expert" Juanita with her Supervisor wrote me: "the promo was two years ago", I like the plans but T-Mobile is very disorganized with data and bills or they are just very dishonest company. T-Mobile act as a scammer company. They are a scammer by their behaves and practices.236Visto3likes0Comentarios
