Family Mode Not Working After Lpgin
If anyone in the world can help me with the above issue I would appreciate you so much! I never had issues with FamilyMode before, and I recently bought a new phone, tried to log in as normal, and after login it does not let me move past the terms and conditions! I keep getting this error message and I've done everything humanly possible from uninstall reinstall clear cache tried different devices android and apple removed the feature from my account and re add it escalated this through tech support but they keep outsourcing me and they never can explain the issue correctly so the engineering team keeps kicking it back I'm pulling hair at this point trying to see how I can ever use this app again it was very helpful to me before ! I would like to note that theold phone that I had plus my child's old phone are both completely factory reset so there should be nothing from family mode tied to those old devices…anyone can help?
Warning when closing FamilyMode
When I close the FamilyMode app a warning or message box pops up everytime that states "FamilyMode has been closed. Click here to reopen the app." Do I have to keep FamilyMode open in order for the restrictions I made for my kid to work? That doesn't seem right, but I thought I should ask.
FamilyMode sends repeated notifications.
Family mode sends me the notification that 'Child (Device Name) is active again on FamilyMode' repeatedly. I receive dozens of notifications each day like this. The app works when I use it, wondering if there is a way to get it to calm down. The child's device is a Revvl 6, I have a zfold 4.
Family Mode VPN … a problem for my daughter’s iPhone
Both my teenagers have phones. We have been using Family Mode for more than a year. My son does not complain and does not mess with his VPN connection.My daughter tells me that when Family Mode's VPN is turned on her iPhone 12 starts to slow down and/or freeze up. I would like to use all the parental tools available via the VPN connection and figure out why the VPN connection seems to be an issue. She seems convinced that turning off the VPN makes all her apps work correctly and quickly. Does this sounDfamiliar to anyone?
“you are unable to make calls at this time” #FamilyAllowances
I added Family Allowances and was trying to not allow my son's line to make calls after 9PM. It's 11:53AM, and my phone can't make calls. I'm given a stupid message that I can't make calls or send texts. per usual customer service is trash. They had me reset my network settings and promised to call me back. But they haven't.
