International Pass starts Immediately
In the past, when I've purchased the one time International Data Plan I was asked when I want it to start. Yesterday I purchased it (planning ahead) and it started immediately! I was reading through other questions, and one user recommends purchasing a the plan when you arrive, so it starts immediately. I have to say this is awful advice. There are a ton of things that I have to do when travelling, getting hotels, arranging transportation, making sure I have my passport, etc…The last thing I want to have to ALSO do is sit down, hope I have a connection, and order the data pass. Let me do it in advance. Or give me an option to start it now, or start it at a date/time in the future.How do I get rid of the survey feedback pop up?
T-mobile. Why? Why? Why? Why does your site keep asking me to fill out a survey literally every 2 seconds? I have clicked 'maybe later' and 2 seconds later, it pops back up. This is making navigating your website pretty much impossible. Why? I've even clicked and left my feedback thinking it would rid me of all this pain. But nope, every 2 seconds. Why? Why?
