Is there a specific link to compliment the customer service representatives?
Dennis has a great attitude! He was very kind, patient, and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were answered and addressed and taken care of! On top of that, he was quick with his service! I don't know if any of the representatives can pick their own waiting music, but if they do, he had such a good song on for the wait! "Hello, it's Me" by Todd Rundgren! Instantly made me think of my grandma (she loves that song) and it made waiting enjoyable 😊 Thanks again Dennis you're cool and you deserve recognition!!!
Brooklyn 18th ave Branch
I went to 18th ave in Brooklyn, NYto switch plans from Att to T-Mobile. I had 4 lines and wanted new phones. It was quite complicated. The staff there Lewis Fields was extremely helpful and patient. He literally spent like 4-5 with me. Explained all the perks that were available. I have to write this review and express my gratitude!!! Turns out this man speaks 3 languages. Many of the customers that day were looking for him. I am so glad he was my salesperson that day. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. Thank you Lewis!!! T-Mobile please give this man a BIG RAISE. He absolutely deserves it !!!

Hello, My customer service representative, Ronnah, was absolutely amazing! Ronnah helped me with activating my syncup drive that was synced to my old account. I did not know if I was being helpful with explain what the situation was but Ronnah did not show any frustration and had amazing communication. Ronnah was very professional and assisted me with my issue and in the end helped me resolve the problem very quickly. I am very grateful that there are still customer services representatives that are still so very kind and caring. I wanted to do a personal recognition through a survey, however, Ronnah let me know that surveys are randomly sent out. So this was my next best option. Again, thank you Ronnah! I really appreciate you! ❤️
