please tell me I'm not the only with with horrible service. I have to restart my phones constantly. I've taken all 4 of my phones into multiple store fronts had new sim cards provided and been bluntly told there is nothing more they can do …in addition to the crappy service t mobile is providing they also have my numbers locked in their system so im not able to switch providers on top of the excess monthly bills.125Visto0likes3ComentariosServicio al Cliente
7/27/23 Please UNLOCK the SIM! Three months of complaining about lack of service in my area. FINALLY, a very understanding tech person says we need to be on a No Service Equipment Installation Plan. Perfect. Except not a single Customer Representative has unlocked the phone despite being on the phone 4 diff times with a total of 4+ hours (TH 7/27 54 minutes w/ Ella who hung up w/no callback) and currently Charlie at 35 min...and counting..., with reps, with supervisors (some who are argumentative and insulting), the business support team, AND on hold the majority of the time with obnoxious LOUD pop music. It's like terrorist torture without the dark black box. Cell phone is held hostage. What a total waste of consumer time. I'm really REALLY tired of stupid customer service. Can you guys act like a big company and help me with my network unlock its been almost 3 months without any help.
