customer service it's so outdated

I'm really REALLY tired of stupid customer service.

Can you guys act like a big company and help me with my network unlock its been almost 3 months without any help.

It's the worst customer service experience I ever had.

If somebody reading this please don't go with t mobile or metro if you don't want the worst customer service

Are you on Tmobile or Metro. Tmobile will automatically send you a text letting you know your phone is unlocked once the requirements are met.
