customer service it's so outdated
I'm really REALLY tired of stupid customer service. Can you guys act like a big company and help me with my network unlock its been almost 3 months without any help. It's the worst customer service experience I ever had. If somebody reading this please don't go with t mobile or metro if you don't want the worst customer service
my iphone 11 pro max is blocked from the operator
i buyed an iphone 11 pro max from airport customs and i am from india now when i checked my iphone is sim locked by tmobile and blacklisted now i want to unlock there is no option to contact them i tried call ,toll free number but it never get connected so someone please help me out for this thanks
