Please UNLOCK the SIM!  Three months of complaining about lack of service in my area. FINALLY, a very understanding tech person says we need to be on a No Service Equipment Installation Plan. Perfect. Except not a single Customer Representative has unlocked the phone despite being on the phone 4 diff times with a total of 4+ hours (TH 7/27 54 minutes w/ Ella who hung up w/no callback) and currently Charlie at 35 min...and counting..., with reps, with supervisors (some who are argumentative and insulting), the business support team, AND on hold the majority of the time with obnoxious LOUD pop music. It's like terrorist torture without the dark black box. Cell phone is held hostage. What a total waste of consumer time. How the heck do we get through to this company?
