6 fays 3hrs a day phone still not fixed
Been dealing with tmobike for 6 days up to 3hrs a day constantly promised it would be my last call. Tech support does a reset says they'll call back after rest and never call back. Each time I stressed how important my phone is to my job. Never once was I offered a refurbished phone which I qualify for until I went to a brick and mortar store yesterday which takes 3days to relieve and won't be here in time fir me to save my job tomorrow, but could have 6,5,4 3 days ago when the reps and techs were waiting my time
TMobile Assurant =Scam
Go to TMoible they said...It'll be fine they said. This is hands down the WORST service I've been with, and I went through AT&T and Cingular. The Assurant Insurance group is either grossly incompetent or committing Fraud. Three months later and $700 charge they finally tell me the "package was empty" but cannot provide any proof it was empty. DEAR TMOBILE I will make it my life's mission to tell everyone I know just how badly you take care of your customers.
