Connecting to Smart tv via ethernet
The T-Mobile Wi-Fi works great in my house and my smart tv connects to it fine. However, when I began using Hulu live tv it won't show the live tv via Wi-Fi. I connected the T-Mobile internet box to my tv via Ethernet. The tv shows there is a wired connection but no network detected. No ip address shows up. Then I tried connecting from T-Mobile to my router/modem (not sure the technical term) that I was using when I had cable internet and then to the tv. Still no network detected. Anyone have any suggestions? ¡Gracias!

How do companies address this issue? After several agents pass the buck, hang up on you and you finally manage an agent without preprogrammed bot mentality, you will discover a claim to their technicians will be processed for further review. Usually a 3 day or week process. Akind agent will brief you upon this expected length, though technically this is a breech in policy, some agents are actually still bread with human decency. A company is only as good as its character, not of its policies. Policies are fluid rules needing to bend with the tide of current needs. A company unwilling to address their outdated or unacceptable policies, will find their "product" will never support their character. But quality of Character will always support a product.
Is TM Home Internet going to work for me?
I'm seeing lots of problems so getting concerned about this product (which hasn't been delivered yet). All I needed is internet access at a house so I can install Ring or Blink etc for security I can monitor from phone. I will be 2k miles away from the house. I was told this would be a good solution but if the service is intermittent I'm wondering if it will restart properly without human intervention from me. Amy suggestions? Also I think most of those security devices are on 2.4.
