late fee error

How do you get a late fee waived? I pay my bill on almostthe same day every month and for some reason I was charged a late fee on this bill. My payment is due on the 16th and I usually pay on the 19th or 20th ~ why out of the blue am I getting a late fee? Also, how do I get a mid-month line removal credited to my account? My son's line was removed (he opened his own T-Mobile account on5/11) and I am being billed for the full month of service. I was advised, by an agent named Tiffany, this would be adjusted and reflected on my next bill, which is wasn't.4.4KViews0likes9ComentariosCustomer Service Guy Made a Mistake. Nobody Knows How to Fix It
Long story short, I had an account with T-Mobile. I asked them to put a military suspension on my line. Military suspensions are 39 months long. About a year after the suspension started, I needed to access my phone again to gain access to an old account, I contacted support, they lifted the suspension, and then I asked the customer service rep to reinstate the military suspension. He messed up and instead emplaced a TEMPORARYsuspension for 90 days. After the 90 days, my account started getting charged for service again without me knowing it. After not receiving payments and incurring late fees, T-Mobile moved my account to collections. I was never contacted by any collections agency. They never e-mailed me or called me. The only way I found out was (after my friend informed me someone else was using my number that was supposed to be on suspension) I called T-Mobile. In other words, if I hadn't called T-Mobile, I never would have known my account was sent to collections which means my credit took a hit because someone messed up on my account. I called T-Mobile customer service, they told me I need to contact the collections agency,VoiceStream Inhouse VST, at800-937-8942 but this phone number connects me to the generic T-Mobile customer service. And even then, nobody in the billing department knows what to do. None of the supervisors know what to do. One of them actually had the nerve to tell me to hang up, call the number again, and hope that someone from the collections agency picks up the phone! My credit is affected by someone's mistake. I paid my bills on time when I was a customer, and now none of the customer service reps know what to do.93Visto0likes0ComentariosCT Class Action over 1 day late fee
I have been a Sprint customer for nearly 20 years and reside in CT, looking for fellow CT residents who were previously Sprint customers who received notices throughout the merger that none of our benefits were going to change and are now harmed since T-mobile by their own choice considers a bill late even if 1 day which was never the case with Sprint. I called their Maine call center on 3 different occasions and their employees, even supervisor Mary, stated it was CT state law that forced T-Mobile to have a zero day late period. Which I knew was wrong and have now been confirmed to be correct by T-Mobiles executives, Team CEO. The Maine call center is supposed to be being notified not to lie to CT customers by stating it is *not* T-Mobile who is forcing the 1 day late policy but that it is CT law. This is 100% false, as now confirmed in writing and recorded conversation by T-Mobile executive - Team CEO.89Visto1like0Comentarios
