When I work from home, I forward my office desktop phone to my cell phone (iPhone 11). I can answer incoming calls from the forwarded office phone to my cell phone perfectly fine. However, when I use my iPhone to add a third caller onto the line, the original incoming call (from the forwarded office phone) drops, and I'm left on the line with myself and the 3rd, merged caller. However, the call doesn't display on my iPhone as dropped, but the original caller drops on their end and I can no longer hear them (but the display says I'm on a 3-way call). This doesn't happen every time I try to merge calls, but probably 90% of the time. I have one other coworker who has the issue, and they are also the only other ones on T-Mobile. It's incredibly frustrating, and support has been unhelpful. I even upgraded my iPhone, and the issue carried across. It's also happened across two different residences, so I don't think the phone or service location is the issue. ¿Tienes alguna idea?332Visto1like1Comentario
