Motorolla 5G not receive calls
My device:moto g stylus 5G (2022) I have been having a problem with my new Tmobile phone which can't receive incoming calls from other Tmobile lines nor from other phone services. I have done a warranty exchange, changed a new SIM card, and called 611 for four times to troubleshoot over the phone. None of the steps above resolve the problem. When I call the phone that has the problem, it automatically routes to the voice message, even when I have the phone turned on and sit next to the incoming call device, it still does not receive the phone call. I use this phone for work, and my supervisor is very angry that he can't contact me when needed because, again, it will route to the voice message and I do not receive any missed calls. What if there is an emergency and my family can't contact me? Can you please help me with this? I am paying a lot for the service, but I am on the brink of job loss because I can't communicate with my supervisor in a timely manner because my Tmobile doesn't receive calls. I believe that the Tmobile tech experts have made lots of notes regarding this problem in my profile, but the problem has never been completely resolved.How to enable Glance for Motorola's smart lock screen

Same problem "text not sent" as other Motorola user - please help
I frequently get the following error message when sending text message: "Not sent. Tap to try Again". This happens WAY TOO often and is super frustrating. I have tried to restart my phone and power cycle with no resolution. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours and multiple "taps" to finally get the message to send. I have a Motorola Edge 2022. Hi all, I have done some searching and found others with similar issues but none identical to mine so I am hoping to get some help. I recently switched from an older Moto phone to a Moto edge 2023. I just moved the sim card over, no update to it. The old phone also had 5g and the SIM card was current with that, but the new phone has 5g UC showing on the connection display as well. There are two symptoms I am having with the phone. First, the audio on calls drops every so often for a few seconds, then picks back up. This happens both on wifi calling and when I turn off wifi to continue the call on the network, but seems to be more frequent while on wifi. This symptom was present on the old phone as well and I had hoped that a new phone would resolve it. Second, sometimes when I send a text it says it was not sent and to delete or resend. I use the default messages app and have it set to turn on RCS chats but also to auto resend as SMS if it doesnt send. The only way to get the message to send is if I put the phone into airplane mode and then back online again. This trick works whether I am on wifi or not. Just turning off wifi, restarting, etc will not allow the texts to send but 100% of the time they will send after that airplane mode trick. I am hoping that my resolution is as simple as a new SIM card, but wanted to check here for any other ideas before I do that. Thanks in advance for your help solving these two problems!
What are the chances that T-Mobile will start carrying the Motorla G Play 2024?
Ok, I'm pretty stingy. I'm not actually looking for a phone yet, as this phone I have is working just fine (Unlocked Google Pixel 4a, 4G LTE version). But while there are a couple of things I really dislike about my current phone, and the Motorla G Play seems to have the things I like. These are things I've seen, at least in reviews on YouTube: Up to 1TB SD card storage 3.5mm headphone jack FM radio. I so hope these kinds of phones keep sticking around, because if my current phone suddenly needed replaced, these are the features I'd really want. I've disliked my Pixel ever since I bought it. In some waysit has been absolute worst phone I have ever owned. But I'm determined to keep using it until it's no longer useable.Motorola Edge 2022 SPL Dec 1st, 2023
The Motorola Edge 2022 is behind on security updates. The last SPL update was was rolled out in September 2023. This device is supposed to get bi-monthly security updates. It is now Jan 2024. Updates should have been pushed out in November and this month. Motorola is not honoring their patch policies for this device. All not good for network cuz Deaf & Hard of Hearinguse phone almost everything video face talk, sign language, and must v subtitle CC read word for meet whatever leave message none showing up. Also we use our gps and use for bus app, Uber and Lyft it important for getting to places. Moto G 5G suck hate the phone it wired none like no other phones.
