no 5G service

I unfortunately switched to T-Mobile a little over a month ago. My 5G service hasn't worked since the day I transferred to T-Mobile. I've made multiple complaints, T-Mobile has done nothing to correct the issue. I signed a contract for 5G service - after complaining to a T-Mobile customer service agent, she replied with this "This is not the service that we want you to experience here in T-Mobile and I know you just wanted to get the 5G network as much as possible. Right now, 5G network on your area is not yet fully developed so we highly suggest to use 4G LTE for ten meantime since there is a modernization to your 5G network for better connectivity in the future. We are hoping for your kind udnerstanding." I AM PAYING FOR 5G SERVICE, NOT 4G!! I was told 5G was available in my area prior to transferring to T-Mobile. This is a breach of contract. T-Mobile is selling services they cannot provide. I highly recommend everyone makes complaints to the FCC, FTC, BBB and your State AG! T-Mobile is scamming their customers and they need to be stopped!!!185Visto1like1ComentarioDead zone wifi calls being dropped and slow data
I'm hoping with the work being done on my tower, we will be able to receive 5G at home and not constantly having to use wifi calling. I'm tired of customer support saying that the solution is to change the mobile network to 4G Lite while at home and use wifi calling. I'm sorry but that solution does not work. When using Wifi Calling, my calls would drop once or more depending on the day and while I am standing still in a spot in my garage that is probably the best place to make calls. To add to the situation, we also would receive text messages a day later or our message would not send and would sit there and receive messages saying that it is in the process of sending and the next day it would still be sitting there giving me the same message. I am hoping that they will improve the internet connection and not have it slow down at different times of the day. I would like to suggest that when customers are purchasing phones and adding T-Mobile's service that the Technician at the store would check to see if service will be available at the customer's residence. I was very disappointed after purchasing two new phones and moving our service to T-mobile only to find out that 5G service was unavailable where we live. 5G coverage would only be available if we drove out of our community. In addition what makes it worst is there is a cell tower that is ¼ of a mile away from our house.99Visto0likes1Comentariono service day 2
Since around 9 am 5/28, we have had next to no coverage. We have a total of 11 devices including home 5G. Have not been able to make or receive any calls on any device. Connection speeds on all devices less than 1mb. Friend of daughter also has t-mobile and same issue at the house. Have had to drive 2 miles down the road to make calls and contact t-mobile. They say everything is okay on their end. I have a t-mobile business account as well as personal account for family. Regardless of account we have zero service. We have not had anything more than 1 bar on any device. 5G intermittent. We live .7 miles from the tower and 1.1 from the next closest tower. We are in the Charlotte NC area in the 28215 zip code off 485.59Visto0likes1Comentario
