no incoming calls received

My device:moto g stylus 5G (2022) I have been having a problem with my new Tmobile phone which can't receive incoming calls from other Tmobile lines nor from other phone services. I have done a warranty exchange, changed a new SIM card, and called 611 for four times to troubleshoot over the phone. None of the steps above resolve the problem. When I call the phone that has the problem, it automatically routes to the voice message, even when I have the phone turned on and sit next to the incoming call device, it still does not receive the phone call. I use this phone for work, and my supervisor is very angry that he can't contact me when needed because, again, it will route to the voice message and I do not receive any missed calls. What if there is an emergency and my family can't contact me? Can you please help me with this? I am paying a lot for the service, but I am on the brink of job loss because I can't communicate with my supervisor in a timely manner because my Tmobile doesn't receive calls. I believe that the Tmobile tech experts have made lots of notes regarding this problem in my profile, but the problem has never been completely resolved.924Visto0likes3ComentariosIncoming calls sent to voicemail
I've been with TM a loooooooong time. This is the first time I've ever been dissatisfied with the service. Calls go to VM w/no ring or vibration. Can't text any of my contacts. I changed the default setting of "Use wifi if cellular not available" to "Wifi Only". Had my husband call me…BINGO. That means it's the CARRIER signal that's the problem. Spoke w/techs a couple of times and they said the problem was a tower being worked on, give it about 72 hours…3 days came and went and the problems were still there. They're doing nothing but blowing air up my skirt. They suggested I get another phone. A friend of mine is upgrading hers and will be giving me her A21. Once I get that set up, we'll see if the problem was really my "old phone". GRRRRR.82Visto0likes0Comentariosmobile network unavailable
I've got a Moto G Stylus 5g 2021, AT&T branded but network unlocked. I cannot place or receive phone calls at all. A couple days ago I managed to seemingly fix it by going into advanced Mobile Network settings and switching to the AT&T network, which said unavailable, and back to the T-Mobile network, but that was in town and when I got home it didn't work anymore. I've tried that again, except switching to the Verizon network since there isn't any AT&T at my house, but when I switch back to T-Mobile I get a notification that the mobile network is unavailable. My phone is showing full bars of 5g on the T-Mobile network but I still cannot place or receive phone calls. I've tried updating my APNs with the info provided on T-Mobile's own website and it did nothing. Someone on another forum suggested turning on VoLTE but I don't have that option in my settings and the number provided on another forum to access hidden menus didn't work either. I am at my wit's end here, and I need to be able to make calls.87Visto0likes0Comentarios
