Incoming calls sent to voicemail

I've been with TM a loooooooong time. This is the first time I've ever been dissatisfied with the service. Calls go to VM w/no ring or vibration. Can't text any of my contacts. I changed the default setting of "Use wifi if cellular not available" to "Wifi Only".  Had my husband call me… BINGO.  That means it's the CARRIER signal that's the problem. Spoke w/techs a couple of times and they said the problem was a tower being worked on, give it about 72 hours… 3 days came and went and the problems were still there. They're doing nothing but blowing air up my skirt.  They suggested I get another phone.  A friend of mine is upgrading hers and will be giving me her A21.  Once I get that set up, we'll see if the problem was really my "old phone".  GRRRRR.
