NEVER a notification from Scam Shield
Nop matter that I set ALL notifications in the Scam Shield app AND all notifications FOR the Scam Shield in Settings/Notifications/Scam Shield in my iPhone. I NEVER get any notification and the only way I can tell anything has been blocked is to view activity in the app. Am I doing something worng? ¿Es un problema conocido? Seems a good bit of functionality is lacking if this is how it is. Its one of the few things AT&T seems to have done better. Thoughts? ~Bob
Not receiving bill payment notifications via email
I have bill payment notification set up for email but I'm not receiving any email from TMobile. No spam either. BUT I have also opted out of all marketing emails. Are the two related? Must I opt-in for marketing emails in order to get bill payment notifications via email?
Gift Upgrade - they cant shut off notifications??
As the headline says ... I want to purchase a new iPhone for my boyfriend for his birthday. We would trade his old phone in. (400 dollar credit) I am the account holder / owner / main line. How can I accomplish this without TMobile constantly sending updates to his line? The reps seem to have no clue. I can't be the first person who wanted to surprise someone...
