Gift Upgrade - they cant shut off notifications??
As the headline says ... I want to purchase a new iPhone for my boyfriend for his birthday. We would trade his old phone in. (400 dollar credit)
I am the account holder / owner / main line.
How can I accomplish this without TMobile constantly sending updates to his line?
The reps seem to have no clue. I can't be the first person who wanted to surprise someone...
Do the upgrade on another eligible line. Have you checked to see if there is a way to turn off notifications for his line under your my,T-mobile.com account?
First rep I tried basically told me “sorry no way to guarantee this”
