I wanted to ask is anyone else have problems using high refresh rate on their T- mobile OnePlus 8? Specifically for me the phone does not allow multiple apps to run at high refresh rate and even makes some apps run at a choppy 60hz, such as Google maps. And if so, has anyone discovered a fix Specs - T-Mobile OnePlus 8, Oxygen OS 13.0, Jun 5 security update 69Visto0likes0ComentariosOnePlus 8 5g T-Mobile downgraded widevine to L3
I could've sworn just last week I was watching Netflix in Full HD and now out of the blue my OP8 is limiting playback to SD. First I thought it was a Netflixissue so I cleared data, cache, reinstalled and tried rebooting my phone to no avail. Then I started looking into the DRM info and it's been downgraded L1 to L3!I have not installed anything new or received any OTA's since last week. I also tried a fix someone mentioned on OnePlus forums with enabling biometrics on Play Store (not sure what that has to do with anything) but that did not work either.Anyone else experience this??1.1KViews0likes6Comentarios(OP8)(A12) How do I disable all carrier software updates?
Clearly T-Mobile cannot be trusted to vet and push out reliable updates to my device. I contacted OnePlus already and they said that T-Mobile has final say and engineers updates for T-Mobile branded devices which I believe mine is... OnePlus 8 5G IN2017 At this very moment I cannot pull down the notification shade to disable Bluetooth even and it keeps jumping all over the place. Fooview also crashes often and I use it daily. I am planning to revert to Android 11 which was very stable. Do I have to gain SU root access to prevent T-Mobile and/or OP from f** up my device again? Thanks for any that can help me.85Visto0likes3ComentariosOneplus 8 Android 13 upgrade poor 5g signal
I have a Oneplus 8 and had Android 13 upgrade recently. I noticed my 5g signal would get the exclamation mark after a while. Even if it doesn't get the exclamation mark, the data speed is extremely poor, worse than 2g and non-responsive. I forced to use 4g LTE since the upgrade so I can have a decent data speed. Does anyone have similar situation after they upgraded their phone to Android 13?Solved404Visto0likes10ComentariosOnePlus 8T 5G & Android 12 = Android Auto audio bug! Ayuda.
I recently upgraded my T-Mobile OnePlus 8T 5G to the Android 12 update (security update July 5, 2022) - software version KB2007_11_C.41. There seems to be a bug with this update. Whenever I connect the phone to my vehicle's radio and initiate Android Auto, the phone prompts me what USB mode I want it to connect the USB through. I select Android Auto, and the phone connects, but all audio - music, podcast, etc. - while playing cuts in and out constantly. For example, the audio playing will pulsate between the vehicle's speakers and then the phone's speakers - over and over. I've tried everything and can't figure out what's going on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? For the record, I never had these issues while on Android 11, and nothing has changed with my vehicle's radio. The only variable change has been the phone's operating system version. This bug needs to be fixed by OnePlus/T-mobile.So frustrating!632Visto0likes3ComentariosOneplus 8 IN2017 No update
I have bought Oneplus 8 (IN2017) a month ago and I am still waiting for Android 12. Android is pushing out 13 soon and here we are waiting for Android 12. What nonsense is this? Original OP8 have already received it wayyyy back. This is horrendous.489Visto0likes1Comentario
