I have 5G Internet service with T-Mobile. I want to convert my landline service to T Mobile. It's currently on another internet provider. I see there's a tel port on my Gateway device. I can't find a link on my account pages and I've been on hold with T-Mobile support for over half-hour. When I first signed up, I saw a special offer for Ooma through T-Mobile. Can anyone direct me to that?Solved9.2KViews2likes1Comentario5g internet and Ooma telephone
Anyone having any trouble with the Ooma telo going offline and back online constantly throughout the day? Mine will show the blue ready/online symbol on the device but if i check the dashboard status for the telo device it will sometimes come back "offline" quite a few times a day. When it is in this mode you can't call out or receive calls. You get a dialtone but calls don't go out, get a fast busy after a little delay. Ooma is telling me after multiple calls and troubleshooting that it is the internet and amount of "jitter". I've done speed tests and sometimes jitter is very low and the next time high. Ooma says it should be <5. Mine sometimes in the 20's and 30's, and at times it's under 5. ¡Gracias!1.1KViews1like3Comentarios
