Listen to this issue that t-mobile cant resolve or have an answer to. I changed my phone number in april 2024 and it still rings to a voicemail in which i don't have access to. I was worried someone hacked that number. because when i first disconnected it, it had the disconnect message than all of a sudden, it started going to vm per friends and family trying to contact me via my old number by accident. so it has caused so many issues still having the voicemail active and i can not access that old voicemail since changing the number. So i called tmobile 3 times and they assure me its cancelled and can't explain why all of a sudden it goes straight to voicemail. Hello Everyone, I'm looking for some sort of help if anyone has encountered the issue that I am having. I recently tried to make a switch over to Verizon from T-mobile and had begun the process online. Mistake number 1. In trying to do so I did not realized that I needed transfer of liability from the account that I was under in order to have my own account. After realizing how much of a mess it was to even do that I decided it was not worth it to switch after all and decided to stick with T-Mobile. Before my number could be on my own account the T-mobile rep said that my number was ported to verizon and needed to be ported back. I had called Verizon and had them port my number back as they said my number was only partially ported. After all that I had my own account on T-mobile. Now I am not receiving messages from ANY Verizon carriers and I dont know what is going on. Verizon carriers are able to receive my messages and calls but I cannot receive messages from them, just calls. I have spoken to multiple people with tmobile up to the engineers and they have stated that everything is clean on their end and have even rebroadcasted my number. I have tried every possible thing that I could on the phone in order to see if I could resolve the issue but have not had any luck. I talked with a verizon rep today and they said that my account would be deactivated when the billing cycle ends in February but only stated the messaging issue was on tmobiles end. Hello. I have recently switched carriers and ported my number over. I had purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from T-mobile and have recently paid off the final bill, which includes the remaining balance on the phone. This is after I have switched carriers and ported my number to the new carrier. I realized, unfortunately, that I am unable to login to my T-mobile account because the associated number(s) is no longer with T-mobile. I reached out to a rep regarding this issue and was told that I would receive a confirmation around 24-48 hours via email regarding the unlock request. This did not happen. I reached out to support via chat and basically after an hour of talking, nothing can be done online. All I got was just to a generic link provided on how to unlock the phone, which brings me to the page on to login to my T-mobile account, which is not possible. I had my account PIN stored away in my notes but it seems to be lost. I was told by the agent on chat I would need to visit a store nearby and bring the phone that needs to be unlocked. The dilemma is that my work hours conflicts with the store hours. Questions are; Any way to do this online, like at all? Are authorized users able to bring to store to get it to be unlocked? I recently transfer over to T-Mobile. After porting, three out of four lines are working fine. My daughter'sline (iPhone SX) is unable to receivetexts from certain phones (Androids). We called Apple and T-Mobile, no help. She has reboot phone, reset settings, reset network, checked blocked numbers, delete current text threads andsendnew texts. She can text these people, but she doesn't receive their texts. However, if the Android devices owners are in a group with an iPhone owner, she'll get the group texts. Please help!!! My daughter ported her Verizon # to T-mobile. I'm on a corporate T-mobile account. In the beginning my text went to her temp # but after a few days, her text came to my phone w/ her correct #. She's able to text me but my texts are not getting through to her. I have cleared my cache & force stopped but she's still unable to get my texts.
