I have successfully connected my Brother printer to the internet through my T-Mobile box, but when I try to connect to it on any of my computers (two laptops and a desktop), none of them can find a printer. I dumbed the network down to 2.4 GHz, WPA/WPA/2, TKIP & AES and repeatedly rebooted everything without success. All are showing up as connected devices on the T-Mobile Internet app, but Windows is not finding the printer. I have tried connecting directly using the printer's IP address, but that doesn't work either. I talked with T-Mobile Home Internet Support, but after running through things the only suggestions were (1) to delete the printer's drivers, etc.,from the computer and go back through the printer installation (which I did, with no change) orto add a Mesh and try connecting through that. Any suggestion on getting Windows to see the printer that is on the network? I am about ready to jump back to ATT. Hello Everyone.. I've read previous post and created New Network Name…It shows on my printer screen, and loaded my password and it says connection Failed Ive returned to previous setting….and even manually loaded in my New Network Name with password and continue to receive Failed message… any other advice you can provide? I have an MX 340 Canon printer, then I'm trying to print from my Google pixel 4a. I have the printer connected to Wi-Fi, at least it says it's connected to Wi-Fi, and I'm using the WPA/wpa2 security. I'm also doing the same on my phone. The Wi-Fi light is on on the printer, but when I select a PDF document to print it doesn't print. The T-Mobile tech was very helpful, but our Cannon printer would not connect to the router. After hanging up, we went into printer settings on the printer and it finally gave the option to enter the network password. Our Tech was very patient and she actually resolved our problem even though we were not online with her. She did an excellent job!113Visto0likes1Comentario
