I switched to T mobile this summer and it's been great! But for the past couple of weeks, when I get home from work, the wifi isn't connected to the internet. I have restarted the gateway from the app which fixed it, and I've also unplugged the gateway to restart it, which also fixes it. But then I come home the next day and have to do it all over again. We have been with T-Mobile for about 4 months now. When the internet works, it is great. Great speed. However, about a month ago, our internet on Wi-Fi and cell phones started goingdown between 8:15 and 9:30 every morning. When this happens, we have no internet coverage on any of our devices, including hotspots. We are right off the interstate in direct line of the tower. Our signal has always been between weak and good. What would cause this to start happening every day? ¿Hay algo que pueda hacer? I had to get a backup hotspot device from Verizon to cover me while I work from home. Not as good speed wise, but much more reliable. Any suggestions????55Visto1like0Comentarios
