5 TopicsT mobile Scam for my international Plan
Hi, I have been using T mobile International call plan (USA, Canada and Mexico) since last 6 . The plan provides for free text and calls from canada to usa, within usa and Mexico.Eventually, the plan doesn't work until I refill my prepaid account with $10.I have done almost 100 of reharges of $10 as I was never provided a resolution. Every time I call them they tell me The text message was sent from UK and they also provide me number. Then I do 2 things: Check for the number and the contact was my realtor who has not been out of USA since last 10 years They allegedly tell me i might have travelled to Uk which i have never in last 10 years They then make up stories your realtor might have travelled to UK and sent you text and then you got charged (Making up all the stories) what should I do now ? How can i get refunded at-least and made some compensation.I have been ripped off so many times now84Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile keeps charging me for a phone I never received. T-Mobile keeps charging me for a phone I never received. I have been calling for the last three months. All I hear is promises someone will call me. I still continue being charged.43Visto0likes1ComentarioSPAM phone calls created fake long distance call
A phone call from Publishers Clearing House on 11 Jan was some how turned into a long distance phone call to Kingston Jamaica total charge is $125.25 with taxes. 876-467-7943 We made no such call and they even tried to call back multiple times that day to run up more charges. Now the best T-Mobile wants to do is take off $50.00? What's going on here?34Visto0likes0ComentariosPase internacional
Be very careful when purchasing an international pass. It's a bit of a scam when it comes to cruises. They don't apply. Be sure not to waste your money because they charges are astronomical compared to international. Nowhere on the contract does it warn you about it not apply to cruise, SO THIS IS YOUR WARNING. I was not only charged for the pass but also for whatever the cruise ship charged T-mobile, though my contract was not with the cruise ship nor did any of the paperwork tell me this information.868Visto0likes4ComentariosThrottled into oblivion
Moved to Germany on orders and made the mistake of keeping t-mobile. Kids quickly used up the 5 gigs of high-speed data while we were waiting for our home Internet to be installed. Now, we're finding out our 'unlimited' slower speed data is actually very limited. Rather than 256 kbps, we can occasionally get 60 kbps. The speed is so slow and the signal so intermittent that we have trouble loading a plain-text E-mail, we can't login to apps, and most web pages stall out. High-speed data was used up on the 25th of August. T-mobile messaged that our next allocation of high-speed data would begin on the 23rd of September. Guess I'll have to drop t-mobile as soon possible. What an absolute disappointment of a service.96Visto0likes3Comentarios
