This error has been has been a part of T-Mobile for years, coming and going. ¿Cuándo se solucionará? My situation: I have a T-Mobile ID with 3 accounts. I can login athttps://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2and am presented with the chooser page, to branch into one of my three accounts. One account is Home Internet, postpaid. That one works. The other two are a pre-paid phone plan and a pre-paid data plan. Clicking any of these runs into the F451 error page. The error happens on Chrome, Safari, Firefox. The cause is definitely not on my end, and the error itself says "to come back later". So I cannot check bills, nor change or extend plans, nor check data usage. This is so very unprofessional. All the access worked well in the mid of February. How can a website break so badly and for so long.. ugh… And no, Iwill not fiddle with my browser cache etc., this has all been tried before by many other users and does not help. And no, I cannot access the pre-paid accounts from neither my phone nor iPad (data), and the T-Mobile app cannot access the pre-paid accounts either.15KViews5likes12ComentariosWhat does this "server error" message mean?
I'm trying to upgrade my phone, and I keep encountering the same error. I've run into it on both the phone app and the desktop site. In my account, I click "upgrade". It lets me choose the model I want, the color/ memory size, and the payment options (so far, so good). When I click the next "upgrade" button, it tells me to select which of family members is getting the device. Ok, cool. I select myself. My new device requires an upgraded insurance policy. There's only 1 button: "Yes, protect my plan." It's... weird that I can't opt out of this charge, but I planned to insure it anyway, so ok. I click the button. And this is what I get. I've been trying to upgrade since last Friday, but this is what shows up every. single. time. Is there a known issue with this functionality? Or is something amiss with my account? Been unable to use my phone to make or receive calls. When I try to make a call it fails immediately and gives a message saying "Server Error. Try again later." Anyone who tries to call me says it goes straight to voicemail and I also get a missed call notification. This started late last night. I have restarted the phone multiple times with no success. I can not connect to my e-mail because I don't have enough storage on my phone. How do I delete data from my e-mail if the error message keeps popping up saying " Cannot connect to the server, try again later."
