sim activation
4 Topicsre-activating a canceled line from abroad
Hi, I'm a student and I studied abroad this year. I cancelled (not suspended) my T-mobile line when I left the US. I still have the SIM card. I'm coming back to the US soon and I'd like to re-activate my line with my old sim card. Can I do this without having to call T-mobile from an international number? I'd like to do this ASAP before I return. Thanks in advance for your help.1.1KViews0likes6ComentarioseSIM not installed when using T-Mobile eSim app
I have just enrolled for a prepaid account using T-Mobile eSim app. All the process seemed to work fine (I got a phone number and had my CC charged) but in the end there was some kind of problem installing the new eSim on my iPhone. Now it seems I am locked out of service, since the app requires a different e-mail and the creation of a new account to run again. How can I get the eSim for my existant and already paid for prepaid phone number now?Solved4.6KViews0likes22ComentariosPrepaid SIM RESERVED status-can't use it and can't get REFUND
Hi! I have bought a SIM kit online- prepaid plan (due to COVID I can't go to a store and buy it). I have called for activation at T-Mobile customer support but they are telling me the sim appears as RESERVED status and it doesn't work. I have waited the 2 hours and called again, got the same answer and they told me to call after 24h. They also said I might not be able to get a REFUND and the sim might not work even after the 24h. I don't really know what to do. The money means alot for me and I really need the SIM. I am desperate, someone please HELP!! 😥Solved2.9KViews0likes4Comentarios
