About a week and a half ago I started noticing my phone going INSANELY slow. Like, 21 minutes into watching a 5 minute and 37 second YouTube video and I'm only 1 minute and 12 seconds in slow. Can't access anything on data, can't download anything on wifi. And it's not a location issue cuz none of my other devices are affected. My partners phone through t-mobile works fine. Every other device that uses wifi is fine. It's just this phone I've tried everything. Restarting the phone. Having only one app open at a time. Resetting all settings. Factory reset (that took me well over 4 hours cuz it's soooo slow) Ive included pics of an update ive been trying to download for hours, 0.36 mb/s with full mobile coverage and 0.00 mb/s with full wifi coverage. Before this issue that would have downloaded in less than a minute. I'm at my wits end idk what else to do?1.1KViews0likes4ComentariosHome internet went from 200mbps download to 5mbps.
My 5g internet has been great for the past couple of weeks, but all of a sudden I'm stuck at 5mbps for my download speed. I've restarted my router/modem multiple times to see if that would help.Home internet went from 200mbps download to 5mbps download without changing anything. I read recently that there might be some solutions on these forums that might help. Thanks in advance.96Visto0likes2Comentariosinternet from 100mpbs to 3mbps.
I have business internet to run credit and watching only 1 TV. The first month running smoothly more than 100mbps. Since last week it have beenslow down from3mbps down topoint (.)15mbps. Barely able to watch TV and struggle to run credit card. Call them up and even upgrade and replace 2 different gateway and still crappy speed. Do we get partially refund or any fix to this before I go back to xfinity? Tmobile is so unreliable for business and if this doesn't fix soon then how can I recommend to my other business friends?.39Visto0likes0ComentariosCellular data not working in Chicago area.
My cellular data (iPhone14 pro)has been going in and out and if it's even working it's extremely slow. A speed test hit a high of 20mps. My phone will show full 5Guc butnot load and and disconnect from the internet. It will switchbetween 5Guc, 5G, LTE, E, and SOS mode.Using WiFi there are zero issues. Ialso was ona Sprint plan and upgraded to a tmobile plan for "premium data". It's been this way overa month now in the Chicago area. Anyone else having these issues?86Visto1like2ComentariosWhy is T-Mobile service slow?
I switched to T-Mobile 2 years ago and it was great. I broke off from my family's verizon plan to start my own. The coverage was about the same then so I saw no difference in speeds or pockets of dropped signal. But recently, the past few months have been absolutely infuriating and frustrating with the connection being so slow that my google maps loses connection. I live by a MAJOR city so I would expect to at least have some speed but no. I cannot load webpages, I cannot make phone calls for work, and I can't even use my phone to pay bills. Why is their connection so slow recently? I've spoken to many "technicians" and they all say the same thing and offer the same advice but nothing has changed. Is anyone else experiencing just general slowness?2.6KViews5likes14Comentariosslow speeds, both 5gh and 2.5 gh bandwidth while wired in?
Self explanatory Um,I thought this router was dependable, not snail speed downloads and uploads? Usually while hardwired its at least 30mb/second And uploads are at least 10 mb Can someone explain this please? Yes it's stable but I heavily dislike lag, plus 2 days to download a 150g game seems a bit worrisome67Visto0likes0Comentarios- 79Visto0likes4Comentarios
Daily (Random) SEVERE Slowdowns
It is becoming absolutely ridiculous …Unable to even do my basic work functions for 5 or 6 hours every single day …Installed a new Mesh AP for the house (nearly $500), purchased and installed a new router ($275)and setup external Yagi antennas ($175) …averaging -72db RSRP (4 bars - sometimes 5 on both 4G AND 5G) …USB Cooling Fan on the modem anddisabled all WiFi on the Nokia unit. The unithas nothing to do but talk to T-Mobile. MTU set at 1420 (as per tech support suggestion) …We were completely down for 9 days (Zip code 34266) while they setup their High Capacity tower. Last fall the speeds were fantastic, since their "upgrade" -- NOW it is terrible. Completely unusable at certain times of the day withnot even a basic Skype call workingproperly. At 10:17PM Eastern on 10/14/2022 From my router ... Before the local tower upgrades… This is completely unacceptable ...203Visto0likes2Comentarios
