We are a business that offers follow up surveys to customers after they've interacted with us. We ask permission for the user to allow us to call them. Our number is showing up as "Scam Likely" to people using T-Mobile. What are the steps to get this corrected? We understand the value of this feature, and we want to ensure we're following expected behavior as well.Solved8.4KViews0likes11ComentariosSpam calls on Tmobile
Not sure if others have noticed it as well - my mobile number was on another carrier's network for 8+ years, and I rarely got any spam calls. Then I move over to Tmobile and it is as if floodgates open up on spam calls - and that is not the worst. I start using the Scam Shield app and the number of spam calls per day goes up manifold - and the worst thing is several of the numbers are those that the ScamShield app would have me believe that I have already 'blocked' and 'reported as spam or fraud calls'. Has anyone engaged Tmobile on this? Curious what (if anything) is their response? It would seem to me the data leak might be from their side, which has increased the spate of spam calls. ¡Gracias!48Visto0likes0ComentariosIs there a way to block a +86 China spam calls?
I have been getting Chinese scam calls everyday (2-3x) from +86 (China country code). It has become very annoying. Is there a way to block all calls coming from +86. I am annoyed of blocking each spam number individually. I tried adding just "+86" and "+86*" (with a wildcard) on the block list and no dice. Any help is appreciated. My phone is the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. P.S. I don't wanna install 3rd party spam caller blocks. They messed up my phone before.848Visto0likes1ComentarioReporting Spam Phone Calls
Does T-Mobile collect known spam phone numbers? We've got all of the scam block / protections activated but some calls still get through. We routinely never answer calls from numbers not in our contact list, but sometimes we get several calls from the same number or very similar numbers. Using resources such as usphonebook.com, whitepages.com, nomorobo.com we can deduce when a number is very likely a spammer or scammer trying to get us to just pick up. My question is this: does T-Mobile accept input of folks reporting these numbers? Collecting such information could be used to develop more effective blocking. If yes, how do I go about reporting these numbers? thanks, - BillSolved2.1KViews0likes9Comentarios
